Quite possibly the best dinner ive ever had. We let them know we were celebrating a baby girl and from the start the service was beyond words. Our server Diego brought out some prosecco for the table and served me a ginger ale first in a glass to celebrate. The manager Justin checked in on us and it just felt special. To end the night, Diego brought me a bag with a card signed by the whole staff and inside were different baby goodies and a rose for the ladies. I was speechless, literally in tears. From the parking lot to the table; This Eddie V's location is an extraordinary experience!! Complementary Valet is offered along with self parking where available. The entrance to the restaurant and V lounge is very welcoming and well appointed. The host was very polite and professional. She greeted with a smile and checked us in quickly. We had a reservation and it was no issue with getting seated within minutes of arrival. Our server was the BEST we ever experienced and thats a huge statement; The class, professionalism, charm and amazing energy of Jackie Forbes is TOP Notch. She is absolutely EPIC. She made our birthday celebrtion so very special from start to finish. The chefs are extremely talented!!! Every item we ordered was STELLAR!!! Bread service is complementary and delicious. The lump crab cake is one of the best ever!!! Cocktails were tremendously delicious!! Each entrée was beautifully plated and definitely delicious. Had a reservation last night. Didn't take long for our table. By the time we got drinks from the bar our table was ready so we closed the tab. They were busy so we understood to be patient. I do feel we saw the server assistant more than our actual waitress. My cocktail had a crack in the first glass. Got a new one & that glass had a chip on the rim. At that point my date was more irritated than I was. Our waitress had the manager come over. He said if there was anything he could do let him know. We got the check & were still charged for that drink eventho it took three tries to get it right. He also was charged for a drink he had already closed out at the bar. So we asked for the manager again, he corrected the issues. The food was good. I enjoyed the crab cake & fish. My date said his steak was cooked to proper temp. He still said of all the times he had been there it was the worst experience. They did bring a rose to the table which was a nice touch. They have the most delicious crab cake, coming from someone that grew up in Maryland known for their blue crabs. It is an absolute must have if you go. Our server was awesome and truly made the meal more enjoyable. I'm hard of hearing, and when they noticed I was struggling, they kindly relocated us to a quieter spot in the corner where I could actually hear my wife. That kind of attentiveness means the world. Throughout the evening, our server was helpful and engaging, and started us off with some bread for the table. It seemed fresh baked with a crisp crust and wonderfully soft in the middle. For our entrées, we had the Chilean Sea Bass, which absolutely melted in our mouths, and the 10oz center-cut filet, which was perfectly cooked to order with no fat or tendons -- just pure quality. You can tell they take pride in what comes out of that kitchen. They finished our meal by bringing out a special plate for my mom with a trio of strawberry sorbet, a chocolate cookie, and banana foster. It was beautifully presented, and that banana foster was fantastic! We will definitely consider ordering a full-sized one on our next visit. Had an amazing anniversary dinner at Eddie V's! We told them we were celebrating our anniversary and they really made the night special. They brought us complimentary champagne, surprised us with a dessert sampler since we couldn't decide on just one dessert, and even personalized it for us. Cody was an awesome waiter. Everything he recommended was excellent and he took great care of us all night. The atmosphere was perfect with the dim lighting and a great date night vibe. Wonderful ambiance. I sat near the music and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Justin, my server, was excellent..,,.positive, attentive, and professional throughout the evening. I especially appreciated his suggestion to order a half side since I was dining alone. It was a thoughtful recommendation and exactly the right amount. Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment. The salad was drenched in ranch, as if the entire bottle had been poured over it. The Wagyu dumplings were hard, and the filling was overly salty and simply not enjoyable. The Chilean sea bass finally arrived and was flavorful, but it was surprisingly tough rather than tender, which is not what I expect from an Eddie V seafood dish. What stood out, however, was how the staff handled the situation. Rachel, the manager, came over, listened to my concerns, and was genuinely apologetic. She made every effort to make things right, and I appreciated that. Everyone I interacted with was professional, attentive, and concerned about the experience. I don't know what happened in the kitchen tonight, but something was off. At this price point, I expected much better. We went for date night. Our party of 6 had a reservation for 9:30PM on Friday Night. I went to restroom when I got there and found the bathroom to be completely a mess. There was no tissue in one of the stalls. No paper towels to dry your hands. There was paper all over the sink. I told the hostess and she said someone had just told her and she was sending someone to clean it. Our server was extremely slow to take our order. The food took a long time to come. We ended up being the last ones in the restaurant. I had to ask multiple times for more sparkling water. She didn't come to check on us while waiting for the appetizers or the food. We only saw the runners who brought the food. We've been several times and the Chilean Sea Bass is my favorite dish. The plate came out hot, but my fish was cold not even room temperature. I sent it back and didnt order anything to replace it. My husband's lamb chops were cooked the right way and he enjoyed them. The crab fried rice is always consistently good. The crispy rice tuna appetizer was very good. The potstickers and lobster bisque were average. Over the years the service and food quality have declined. Haven't been here in a while but coming back was great! We stopped coming after a very salty dinner one night but came back for our anniversary and it was just great! My husband got the 18oz New York strip and it was great. We got a side of mash is it's always good. I got the crab stuffed shrimp which I thought was good but definitely a super small portion. We were planning on getting a bananas foster cake but they brought out complementary dessert which was so nice. Not many places still do that and I think it takes the experience up a notch. We've eaten at Eddie V's in multiple cities and we've never had a bad dining experience. The place is beautiful, they had a wonderful live singer that made the experience even better. We ate ourselves into a food coma, we had the crab cakes & shrimp cocktails for appetizers. We shared the Caesar salad & for our main entrée we, had the stuffed crab, shrimp, lamb chops crab, fried rice & truffle, macaroni and cheese.. The truffle macaroni and cheese I could've did without it was tasty, but it was so heavy . The Caesar salad is very different. It's not creamy. It's a very different texture, but it's really good. The stuffed crab shrimp are to die for, but the star is the lamb chops. They are so good and mouthwatering. It's just so yummy. The crab fried rice is not like your traditional fried rice is kind of buttery, but it's good. Our server Luigi Bafundi space made our meal more enjoyable with his service and this cappuccino ice cream at the end of our meal. It was so lovely. The only shortcomings were the chocolate, bitters in the old-fashioned we had. We changed out the bourbon, but we really didn't care for the bitters . I did not like the chocolate flavor, it made it so sweet. Our second round were regular old-fashioned, they were just ok we switched to the normal ones those were just OK. What an amazing experience I had at Eddie V's. I had the sliced filet it was cooked perfectly an very tender, the lobster bisque was smooth and delicious. Others from my table had the chicken which they said was moist and tasty. We sat at a beautiful table viewing the pond and had a server who took care of our every need and then some. Okay, this is a very late review, but we able to get a table for Valentine's Day. We had a table in the bar area, which turned out to be great. There was live music, nice and mellow, perfect for the atmosphere. I believe our server was Skyler, I apologize if I got that wrong, but he was spot on, great service, helpful and friendly. First off we had the yellowtail sashimi and I really can't find the right words for it, so I will just say it was Amazing! I've had sashimi hundreds of times, but this had just the perfect balance of ponzu and chili peppers. I don't care for really spicy food, and this was perfectly done, just a touch of heat to wake you up, but not anything that will hurt. We are still talking about it a month later. For dinner, we had the sea bass and a filet. The sea bass was wonderful, perfectly cooked. Nice and light. The filet was expertly cooked. I can't believe it took me this long to get to Eddie V's, it will definitely not be the last time. I have dined here several times and the food is always tasty and well prepared. They have updated their happy hour which is a plus so you can get great deals on apps and drinks everyday! The service is always exceptional, everyone is attentive, nice, and they come by consistently and clear your table so empty items are not cluttering your space. Deducted a star because their checkin process needs to be smoother. the front entrance is always crowded because they have no foyer or waiting area so we often end up waiting at the bar. Last time we dined there the hostess actually cancelled our reservations because we arrived early and she told us to wait to be seated, it was crowded so we sat at the bar to have a drink while our table was being prepared. I was taking a bit longer than expected so my friend got up to check and she told her she didn't see us so she cancelled our reservations. mind you the bar is right next to the hostess area so she made zero effort to look for us. Had she turn around and looked at the bar she would have immediately saw us. We had to wait more time for a table on top of the prior wait because she gave away our table. Juice & not overly seasoned. The salmon was also tasty & their miso honey glazed (or the likes) was not overpowering. Just left Eddie V's who gracefully stayed open late to take care of me and my family. Firstly, the service from Luigi was so exceptionally great, everything you could ever want in a server he was and did, very funny, very charming, and very courteous. Also he suggested the parmesan sole for me to try and it was the star of the table! The parmesan sole was cooked to perfection and flavorful.
