Had an amazing anniversary dinner at Eddie V's! We told them we were celebrating our anniversary and they really made the night special. They brought us complimentary champagne, surprised us with a dessert sampler since we couldn't decide on just one dessert, and even personalized it for us. Cody was an awesome waiter. Everything he recommended was excellent and he took great care of us all night. The atmosphere was perfect with the dim lighting and a great date night vibe. We had a really nice table, the food was incredible, and the whole experience was first class. This was definitely one of the highlights of our Orlando trip. We'll absolutely be back next time we're in town.

5/5 stars . From the start of the dirty martini that you can get on the happy hour as the dapper martini it did not disappoint and def was perfect! Went and ordered the golden hour warm lobster.... Tip I LOVE truffle fries and they were able to do t

Wonderful ambiance. I sat near the music and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Justin, my server, was excellent..,,.positive, attentive, and professional throughout the evening. I especially appreciated his suggestion to order a half side since I was dining alone. It was a thoughtful recommendation and exactly the right amount. Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment. The salad was drenched in ranch, as if the entire bottle had been poured over it. The Wagyu dumplings were hard, and the filling was overly salty and simply not enjoyable. The Chilean sea bass finally arrived and was flavorful, but it was surprisingly tough rather than tender, which is not what I expect from an Eddie V seafood dish. What stood out, however, was how the staff handled the situation. Rachel, the manager, came over, listened to my concerns, and was genuinely apologetic. She made every effort to make things right, and I appreciated that. Everyone I interacted with was professional, attentive, and concerned about the experience. I don't know what happened in the kitchen tonight, but something was off. At this price point, I expected much better. I've dined at other Eddie V's locations, and they've been twenty times better than this experience. Food: off.Service: top-tier. Just a bad night.

    Truffle Mac & cheese

The service is always great there, but when I ordered my truffle mac & cheese to go something I always do. I was very disappointed to see that my two orders of truffle mac & cheese looked the way that it did in the photo and I would love that something can be done about this because obviously it's not ideal and I was mad I spent the money on it...but do not get me wrong I love Eddie vs but this time I am not satisfied

Absolutely amazing place to celebrate an anniversary. Attention to details and quality food make the experience even more special. Ambiance is gorgeous for an upscale steak house. Service was excellent and food delicious

We went for date night. Our party of 6 had a reservation for 9:30PM on Friday Night. I went to restroom when I got there and found the bathroom to be completely a mess. There was no tissue in one of the stalls. No paper towels to dry your hands. There was paper all over the sink. I told the hostess and she said someone had just told her and she was sending someone to clean it. Our server was extremely slow to take our order. The food took a long time to come. We ended up being the last ones in the restaurant. I had to ask multiple times for more sparkling water. She didn't come to check on us while waiting for the appetizers or the food. We only saw the runners who brought the food. We've been several times and the Chilean Sea Bass is my favorite dish. The plate came out hot, but my fish was cold not even room temperature. I sent it back and didnt order anything to replace it. My husband's lamb chops were cooked the right way and he enjoyed them. The crab fried rice is always consistently good. The crispy rice tuna appetizer was very good. The potstickers and lobster bisque were average. Over the years the service and food quality have declined. I am not certain I will go back any time soon.

I had a group dinner here recently. Eddie V's in other cities has always been good, so I was expecting to enjoy my meal. Each of us ordered some type of seafood, and everyone liked their dishes. We had a reservation and were seated quickly. The bread was fresh and hot, right out of the oven. Yum! The specialty cocktails were a little small for the price (ie glass not that full) but were very pretty and nicely composed.

Haven't been here in a while but coming back was great! We stopped coming after a very salty dinner one night but came back for our anniversary and it was just great! My husband got the 18oz New York strip and it was great. We got a side of mash is it's always good. I got the crab stuffed shrimp which I thought was good but definitely a super small portion. We were planning on getting a bananas foster cake but they brought out complementary dessert which was so nice. Not many places still do that and I think it takes the experience up a notch. All in all. This place is a classic and maintained its standard!

Always a hit! Eddie Vs offers high quality food and superior service consistently! I wasn't in the mood to try anything different for our anniversary dinner so I went with this place because I knew I would not be disappointed. I applaud the level of service and food quality. We started at the bar with a few cocktails, a beautiful table with a view of the lake for our anniversary dinner and ended the night with a complimentary dessert! Everything from the cocktails, appetizers, entree and dessert was perfect! I was super excited to try the cavier appetizer for the first time. It was delicious and now an expensive treat to add to my must haves at other restaurants! The lobster tacos were exquisite and the ribeye was delicious!

We've eaten at Eddie V's in multiple cities and we've never had a bad dining experience. The place is beautiful, they had a wonderful live singer that made the experience even better. We ate ourselves into a food coma, we had the crab cakes & shrimp cocktails for appetizers. We shared the Caesar salad & for our main entrée we, had the stuffed crab, shrimp, lamb chops crab, fried rice & truffle, macaroni and cheese.. The truffle macaroni and cheese I could've did without it was tasty, but it was so heavy . The Caesar salad is very different. It's not creamy. It's a very different texture, but it's really good. The stuffed crab shrimp are to die for, but the star is the lamb chops. They are so good and mouthwatering. It's just so yummy. The crab fried rice is not like your traditional fried rice is kind of buttery, but it's good. Our server Luigi Bafundi space made our meal more enjoyable with his service and this cappuccino ice cream at the end of our meal. It was so lovely. The only shortcomings were the chocolate, bitters in the old-fashioned we had. We changed out the bourbon, but we really didn't care for the bitters . I did not like the chocolate flavor, it made it so sweet. Our second round were regular old-fashioned, they were just ok we switched to the normal ones those were just OK. They were all smoked.

Okay, this is a very late review, but we able to get a table for Valentine's Day. We had a table in the bar area, which turned out to be great. There was live music, nice and mellow, perfect for the atmosphere. I believe our server was Skyler, I apologize if I got that wrong, but he was spot on, great service, helpful and friendly. First off we had the yellowtail sashimi and I really can't find the right words for it, so I will just say it was Amazing! I've had sashimi hundreds of times, but this had just the perfect balance of ponzu and chili peppers. I don't care for really spicy food, and this was perfectly done, just a touch of heat to wake you up, but not anything that will hurt. We are still talking about it a month later. For dinner, we had the sea bass and a filet. The sea bass was wonderful, perfectly cooked. Nice and light. The filet was expertly cooked. I can't believe it took me this long to get to Eddie V's, it will definitely not be the last time. Their seafood is top notch, and even if seafood isn't really your thing, don't worry, they have something for everyone and it's just as amazing as the seafood.

Wow, just wow. You would drive past this place and never know it is one if the best meat and seafood places in Orlando. Service is A+, food quality is A+, ambience is A+. Loved it and they have a happy hour, which I will do next time. Six types of Oysters, Filet, Sea Bass that melts on a fork, Lamb cooked perfectly and all drinks are great. A wonderful experience and excited to go back again. Tip: Get 5 Oysters, it comes with 3 sauces that work on multiple dishes, especially the spicy horseradish on the Filet. Thank you Joel and Nicholas for incredible service.

Just left Eddie V's who gracefully stayed open late to take care of me and my family. Firstly, the service from Luigi was so exceptionally great, everything you could ever want in a server he was and did, very funny, very charming, and very courteous. Also he suggested the parmesan sole for me to try and it was the star of the table! The parmesan sole was cooked to perfection and flavorful. Would highly recommend that dish to anyone who enjoys a good fish. Overall, you can't go wrong with Eddie V's but if you're in the area this location is a great one to try. Thank you Luigi for being the best server for me and my family.

Don't judge, I'm not familiar with pricing with these more upscale restaurants given that I've never been to one. What's the average price for 2 people here? My fiancée & I…

If you go for happy hour you can get away with $85.00 for the both of you that is with two drinks. For a full course meal with appetizers and dessert with alcohol about $200 for the both of you.

Do they have set dinner course menu?

Only for special events and magical dining. Everything else can be ordered as desired.

What is the best area to sit in to see the live music?

Ask for a booth in the bar area.

Is the live music back? What about the happy hour?

Yes on the live music. Excellent jazz a few eves ago. Not sure on Happy Hour, as I have not visited during that time.

Do they offer dishes for kids?

They do have a kids menu offered at the restaurant. I was unable to find one online but when I called the restaurant, they assured me kids were allowed and a kids menu was available.

Has anyone visited during the covid -19 pandemic? I would like to know if any specific precautions that the restaurant is taking ? Thank you

I visited three weeks ago when they just opened! All Covid precautions were met: Social distancing…

My husband and I love the restaurant and jazz. We were wondering if anyone had a recommendation for whom to see play there?

I really wanted to like this place but it was a swing and a miss. Parking was easy during the Saturday afternoon we visited. On busier occasions, they do offer valet parking. Nearby businesses share parking so if it's a peak time, you may have to walk a little to the door. Not a long wait before we were seated. Spacious with tables and booth seating. There is a bar and televisions here. Our hostess was nice and offered insight into the menu. For the appetizers, we started with oysters Rockefeller, and fried gator tail. It's a red flag when places smother items in a sauce instead of letting it stand on it's own. No complaints on the oysters and the gator tail was given previously frozen vibes. For the entree, I got the shrimp po' boy. The bread was hearty and held onto the six lil shrimp that they felt were enough. When the ratio of shrimp, bread and topping aren't portioned right, you end up with gaps of the flavor when you're eating. What sent me is the shrimp weren't properly deveined. If you took a biology class, you know that black line running along the back is the shrimp's waste system. I'm not eating that. The hostess saw me just sitting there looking at my food and asked if I wanted something different. Hard pass. Even the waffle fries were bad. They weren't piping hot and dried out inside. I made due with the sweet tea which they did well with. The manager came by and offered to remake or replace my meal. I appreciate his efforts but I didn't want anything at that point. The bathrooms were clean. Nice enough people but the kitchen didn't get it right.
