We used to really enjoy this place. We found out they have new owners so we hoped for the same great product. We were sure disappointed. Not only have their prices gone up a lot, the product is poor quality. The chicken wings were mostly fat. Hardly any chicken. They were almost inedible!! The cheese sticks didn't have much cheese or flavor. They were bland. The pepperoni pizza was just okay. The crust seems so flat and like it was bought and not made in store. Ok I'm a big pizza snob and was a bit skeptical of big daddy's from the reviews but honestly this was fantastic. The pepperonis were crispy, sauce was exactly what I look for great thin yet fluffy crust, and super cheesy. Big Daddy's Pizza is basically someone's idea of being their own Little Caesar's. They have very similar basic menu items (pepperoni pizza, bread sticks, etc) at very similar prices, for example. However, BD then goes a few steps further by offering ~20 specialty pizzas, plus chicken wings, plus BBQ rib tips, and more. There is definitely plenty of variety here. Unlike LC, this place does not cook your pizza in advance. This is a good thing. It means your order will be hot and fresh as you carry it out. If you're looking for a cheap pizza, this place is worth checking out. read more

Came here for a friends birthday and ordered two pies half texan and Mimi and the other one half pesto chicken and half phat daddy. The pizza themselves were pretty great. Very tasty and by far really enjoyed the texan. I had never had pulled pork on pizza before but they did a really good job at using the pulled pork so that it didn't steal the show. Very tasty. Ambiance is pretty great too. It has a man cave kind of vibe to it. Service was decent. The kid serving us was kind of rude and didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. He gave us a hard time getting our ranch, and we couldn't even get him to get us silverware, plates, or napkins. It takes me anywhere from 2-3 phone calls to try and put in an order, they often don't pick up their phone. They are also one of the few locations where you can't put an order in online because, "the menu prices are incorrect" which feels like code for, "we charge more than other Big Daddy's locations." They don't deliver, according to the man I just spoke with, and before I could amend my request to a pick-up order, he hung up the phone. i love there pizza but our experience with them was horrible. We called for a delivery the guy on the phone was clueless we got passed around and had to repeat our self several times. then they got lost and called us we missed the call but called him back with in 2 min, we gave him directions he still had issues and called again we told him how to get here again and still didn't show up. so after a while we called the store, the manager then said we didn't pick up the phone when we did and have the call records, he was unbelievable rude and said it was our fault that in the modern age his driver couldn't use GPS and find an address that is 8 min away from the store. told us he will just refund us have a nice night. so 2 hours wasted and a horrible horrible experience. we wont be going back. read more

So I'm from Chicago and Utah's pizza options are both paltry and pathetic. Til I found this. I'm fairly upset with the comparisons to little caesars; they offer quality ingredients and it's New York style. The chef here was same one behind oreganos if I'm not mistaken which was a killer spot in Provo til it burnt down; now they only do catering out of a hotel in Provo. Would not recommend or return to this location. Didn't get what I asked for even after waiting longer to "fix their mistakes". cheap prices, but still not worth it. Plenty other pizza joints to spend your money at. They offered me a free pizza for next time but there most likely will not be a next time, even with that offer. The boys at this location were amazing friendly and great customer service! They had great suggestions of their specialty pizza. As usual the pizza tasted amazing. However this place is filthy. There were two people working yesterday who were very overwhelmed. (The girl wasn't even in uniform, she was wearing a sublime sweater) The girl would come up to the register with her gloves on handle money then go cut the pizza without putting new gloves on. So I'm assuming she also made the pizza with these same gloves. The guy working didn't have gloves on at all. He would come to the register handle money then go cut pizza without putting on gloves. The floor and chairs were super dirty. I ordered 2 large cheese 3 large pepperoni pizza's that are supposed to be ready within 5 minutes, but we waited 25 minutes. We were unable to call ahead and order, due to no answer. I heard someone else ask why they weren't answering, he said that they closed for a bit.
