Got some pizzas for a quick easy Friday dinner and they were delicious! The service was great too - very friendly employees. The chicken garlic pizza is amazing. It has a lot of chicken and green onions. The base was very flavorful and every bite was truly delicious. I love baking it at home and how fresh it is and tastes. I usually enjoy Papa Murphy's, but I had a frustrating experience worth sharing--especially for anyone thinking of ordering a Create Your Own stuffed crust pizza. Let's get something straight: Papa Murphy's does not offer flexibility when it comes to stuffed crust options. I attempted to order a Create Your Own with stuffed crust in a Family Size, only to be told that it was not possible. Why? Not because they couldn't make it--but because their system doesn't allow it. They only offer stuffed crust in a Large size, and there's no way for employees to override that, even if you're willing to pay more. To be a national chain as big as Papa Murphy's and not have the option in your system to allow customers to customize their pizza size with stuffed crust is frankly ridiculous. It feels unprofessional to sit there trying to explain what you want, only to be told the computer system doesn't support it. That's not customer-first thinking. To future customers: If you're hoping for a stuffed crust Family Size or Create Your Own pizza with specific toppings, prepare to be disappointed. Papa Murphy's--this is a serious issue that needs to be fixed. You have the ingredients and the capability--now you just need the customer service system to match. read more

First time at this location - was def busy on a Saturday night! Had the opportunity to try their Jack-o Pizza and S'mores bar. It fed my young family of 5 - so pretty satisfied with it! Since they don't bake pizzas there, its a take and bake shop, they didn't have a soda dispenser. Would've loved to have seen a soda dispenser at this location, so there's an option of buying sodas here too. Brexton was pretty friendly and only waited less than five minutes to have my pizza put together. Family states their pizza was comparable to Costco pizza. In my opinion it was less greasy than Costco, and I actually ate the crust!! Pretty good crust - not too thick not too thin. The S'mores bar was to die for!! Let me point out that this S'mores bar - they actually use semi sweet chocolate chips on it, which earns this establishment some painter points. They had me at semi sweet chocolate chips. Not many places use semi sweet chocolate chips in their baked goods (most big cookie company names out there do not). I might just find myself going back to Papa Murphys for their S'mores bar! I just walked into a location in Pleasant Grove UT to order a pizza. Granted, it was 25 minutes before they closed. They turned me away because I did not place an order online. They said that was their policy to not accept walk-ins for the last hour they are open. If that were the case, they shouldn't have accepted my daughter's order on Friday when she did the same thing. Honestly, we rarely come to Papa Murphy's because the customer service isn't great. And after today, I will not be returning. read more

When I dont want to go to a pizzeria for dinner this is how I solve my pizza craving. I love this concept of fresh made the way you want it and then you take it home and bake it. Brilliant! So many delicious toppings and its quick. Preheat the oven and go pick it up. You can order online (faster for timing) or in store. My fave right now is a gluten free mediterranean chicken with sun dried tomatoes, spinach, a neat sauce, etc. One pizza is perfect to split with my husband on the deck or have myself when hes out of town because the leftovers make a perfecr next day lunch. Avoid this location at all costs! I don't mean to be mean, but seriously, this place is the worst. I've given them so many chances! They didn't put sauce on one of my pizzas. When I called to tell them about it the "manager" who sounded like a teen in every sense of the word, said he'd have to see it. After driving all the way back, he took it to the back to examine it, he brought it out and said he could put a little "more" sauce on, but he wouldn't replace it. After it was already baked and had the toppings on he wanted to put a little more sauce on the top? What? Such a joke. Another time, after ordering and emphasizing what kind of pizza I wanted they still made it wrong. Same thing, took it back, they wouldn't do anything about it. I asked how long the wait would be they told me 15 minutes. 40 minutes went by until they realized that they gave my pizza to someone else. They apologized but it is very frustrating to wait that long. I know that mistakes happen but it would've been nice if they had offered something else for wasting a lot of my time. It was past my kids bedtime by the time they were able to have their dinner. If they had made some accommodation I wouldn't have been so frustrated. read more

I feel like I need to write this review to hopefully help prevent this kind of situation in the future. We had a big order mess up and ended up having a fiasco in the store trying to sort out the correct pricing and get the right pizzas. I feel bad for how it went because I'm positive we hurt the cashiers feelings. I wish there would have been a manager there to take responsibility and work it through with us instead of having the cashier deal with it. Whoever the 'shift leader' was didn't help at all. That cashier doesn't get paid enough to have to deal with angry customers and confusing situations. Please assign someone with more knowledge and responsibility to help in the future. read more

This is a great place to go to get pizza when you're planning on having a large party. They have such a variety and I think their prices are very competitive with other pizza places. They have a large variety of pizzas and different options to choose from for crust. I love the barbecue pizza and the chicken Alfredo. Is it the best pizza out there? No. and of course you are getting a pizza that you have to bake yourself. But it's good, and they are open on Sunday, so nothing to complain about. The staff is friendly, the service is quick and the prices are reasonable. read more

5 stars for being open on a Sunday in this godforsaken county! A total dead zone on a Sunday and this place saved the day (and dinner).
