I'm a creature of habit with the 6th Ave Strut and Ragin Cajun, but honestly, you can't go wrong; my friends all have different favorites and rave about them every time. Dining in is the best experience, but they've seriously leveled up their takeout game. They swapped the old foil wraps (which led to soggy buns) for specialized takeout carriers, so the quality holds up perfectly even if you're eating on the go. Parking can be a bit of a gamble depending on when you show up, but it is 100% worth the effort. Whether you're here for the food or the drinks, you're guaranteed to find something you love.

You seat yourself and there is ample seating depending on if you want to watch a TV or people watch along 6th. I kept it basic with the Red Hot dog and then tried something new with the Hound dog. I didn't have any sides. They were both good dogs. For me it was a little too much peanut butter on the hound dog. I don't drink beer but they have a large selection if that is your thing.

Sizzle Dogs is a small booth outside the store, and Andre, the guy who is running it is the kind of friendly, enthusiastic human who makes you feel like your lunch should be a special journey. Just a super friendly dude. I got a Seattle dog and, on his recommendation, a Polish dog - which I also topped with BBQ sauce on his recommendation. That Polish dog absolutely ruled. Smoky, messy, and way more delicious than a hardware-adjacent hot dog has any right to be. Good prices, great vibes, and genuinely excellent dogs. If you come for home improvement supplies then eat here and leave with improved happiness. It tastes better than a self help book

My daughter who just learned to order her own hotdog, loves coming here and ordering her own dog. She finds herself to be a big girl now, and the person who owns the stand is always so kind and nice to her. Not to mention the hot dogs are delicious, hot and the service is super quick! Everything is super clean and neat, and I love the options of all the condiments that you can add to the dog. Every flavor for every person! I know you are probably going to Lowes for home stuff, but don't forget to stop by and grab a dog from this guy! Sometimes, my daughter and I go by just for a hotdog!

The Dawg Eat Dog food truck is an absolute must-try!…read more When I review hot dogs around the country, I'm always searching for vendors who understand the true art of serving a great hot dog. For me, the gold standard is simple: a hot dog that reminds me of that first grilled dog at a family BBQ--perfect char, served hot, and not buried under a mountain of toppings. One thing I'll never understand is boiled hot dogs. Boiling strips away flavor. If you're a hot dog vendor, take notes from Dawg Eat Dog and step up your game. What impressed me? They grilled the hot dog. They toasted the bun. The dog was hot and flavorful. I suspect they may steam the hot dogs before grilling, which is actually a smart move for food trucks because it reduces wait times while still serving a hot product. Whatever they're doing, it works. I found Dawg Eat Dog at Sumner Rhubarb Days, and after one bite, they jumped straight to #2 on my Best Hot Dog List. Now, for full disclosure, the #1 spot is still held by Smokey Joe's Hot Dogs LLC in Peoria, Arizona. I can say that confidently because I owned that stylish shipping container restaurant myself! And before anyone asks, my personal favorite hot dog of all time is still the 7-Eleven Spicy Bite eaten completely naked--no condiments. Sometimes simplicity wins. If you're still searching for your go-to hot dog, use Dawg Eat Dog as your benchmark for what a quality hot dog experience should be. Great flavor, great execution, and a great example of how hot dogs are supposed to be served. Nick's Hot Dog Rating: Char: 9/10 Bun: 9/10 Flavor: 9/10 Overall Experience: 9/10 Bottom Line: You won't be disappointed. #DawgEatDog #HotDogReview #SumnerRhubarbDays #GrilledNotBoiled #HotDogLife #FoodTruckFinds #NicksHotDogReviews

I went with a Seattle dog because I love cream cheese and it was great! The only thing that could have made it better would be if they had some sliced tomatoes you could add on... well I also think it would be great with a little chili but I prefer chili with beans and their chili is an all meat chili so I didn't go that route. They also had a variety of sauces out for you to customize your hot dog as well as jalepeno slices but it was difficult to open the containers for jalepenos and relish, ect. Over all though, it's a solid hot dog food truck and I would come back for another Seattle dog!

The best thing to do is to get your coordinates through GPS in order to get to the restaurant. Our experience with the pizza was good. It was solid, tasty and enjoyable. No issues with that at all. We got the Six Corners Pizza which has red sauce, mozzarella, sausage, ham, pepperoni, mushrooms and green pepper. The pizza was quite good and we got a 12" thin sliced pizza. We were thinking of getting a deep crust but was told for that order it would be 45 minutes to have it made so instead we went in the direction of the thin crust. While the service was good some unusual stuff was going on. The door was wide open but the sign was still switched to "off" or closed. The business was operating but not with a full staff as we were told and with what a sign said. Another customer mentioned this to them and it sounded like the sign was deliberately switched to "closed". I imagine so less customers would come in but it didn't deter many. By the time we left the sign was switched to "open". So all of that was unusual but other than that it was a good experience.
