Very large space for dogs, it's not divided in size of dogs just one space. There is no trash cans in the space and there is dog shit everywhere. People don't pick up it's utterly gross. Toys are fun and it's cool you got seating in shade. read more

There's so much poop, nobody seems to pick up after their pets. Also an abundance of cigarette butts, trash scattered around and tons of overgrown weeds...not to mention the super low 3 ft fence and busy street right outside. The people are hit or miss, I've seen more aggressive dogs here than other parks (lots of intact males) and countless people bring their dogs here (a DOG PARK) and get mad if other dogs come near them. Just go a little farther to Trailwinds or Broomfield Commons. read more

The park itself is great, but I can't understand why an off leash dog park has such a short fence. It's barely 3ft, if even that. I take my dog to the dog park so he can run off leash because his recall isn't the best. The short fence defeats the purpose. We'll have to go somewhere else in the future. read more

Would have been 5 stars if the water fountains were working. :/ Other than that, it's great! No mean puppers, everyone is friendly, lots of room for the pups to run and play. This will definitely be our go to dog park. Just make sure you bring water for your pup! Hopefully they get the fountain fixed though! Edit: it's mid May, so I feel like the water fountain should definitely be working by now. If it were winter I wouldn't have mentioned anything. read more

This park is great for dogs of all shapes and sizes. There are multiple areas for you to take a smaller dog if you want that private space for them to run around. For those complaining about water, bring water? We bring a gallon jug when we go and just refill the bowls that are out there. There are some shaded areas and even though there are some owners that clearly don't pick up after their dogs, it's not like some of these reviews say. Every dog park has a few land mines of poop here or there I'm sure. read more

I was feeling the need to treat the well behaved pup to a visit to a new dog park. Since I've been to most of the parks closest to me this one required a little bit of a trek, only 25 minutes really. Not too bad I guess. Mainly sand and gravel with some grassy areas mixed in. I really loved the doggie hoop, and climbing apparatus towards the back for those pups that like to jump and explore. As previously mentioned there is little to no shade here. Sunny days will be extremely hot and may even give you a slight sunburn if you stay long enough. There is a kiddie pool next to the water spigot that allows for the dogs to splash around and cool off. Mine just likes to cool off her feet, she's a picky pup. The size of this place is smaller then I thought, still a wonderful off leash dog area. Not as big as the Stapleton Dog Park if you've been there. Worth a visit to see for yourself and let the pup enjoy new smells. We came we saw and she smelled. read more

I used to bring my dog here every morning but got tired of all the dog waste so found another, cleaner venue. We haven't been for more than two years now. I've talked to owners who have been here and that problem persists. I also didn't like the crushed rock surface as it caused cuts on the pads of my pup when she ran. We won't return. read more

This dog park is great. Huge open space, agility courses, and toys all around. My only complaint would have to be that the small dog families never go back to the small dog section and then get all upset when a bigger dog picks on their small dog. There is a reason most parks have separate sections. But, that is not the parks fault. read more

Ive been to this park many times, mainly because its on one of my bike trails. Its a good place to rest since it has a big covered picnic area and I believe it also has a water fountain, which is helpful in the hot, dry summer months. Its more of a general use park filled with bike, hiking trails, playgrounds and picnic areas, The dog part is only a fenced in patch of ground in the corner. read more

This dog park is perfect for my dog. He's a corgi mix and about 40 pounds. This park is small enough so that I feel comfortable letting my dog run without a leash and socialize with other dogs, but it's also big enough that he can sprint full speed and get his exercise. Going on a Friday afternoon was perfect because there was maybe a dozen to 20 other dogs, so it wasn't too crowded. Everyone's dog there was well behaved and the owners did a good job controlling their dogs when they got rowdy. I'll definitely take my dog back soon. read more

It's out first time visiting this dog park. Actually it's our first dog park in Colorado. It's a cute place for dogs with gravel & pebbles in the center & grass around. There's plenty of benches & chairs to sit in while our puppies mingle. There's one small shaded any but on a cloudy day like today it's not needed. Though come summer time I'm not sure it's enough. There's agility structure to play on & a water. The atmosphere of people is warm & welcoming. We'll definitely be here again read more

This is a good park that's close by and the dog can run around in. There's a nice little agility course setup. In winter the water doesn't work so bring your own if you want your pup to hydrate. read more

Ever since Westminster put down jagged black rock, my dog hates this park. Every time I take my dog here, he goes straight to the concrete shelter. After numerous attempts to get him exercise, he kept refusing to chase balls. Curious, I took off my sandals and tried to walk on the decomposing granite. I immediately realized why he hates it here. The rocks were extremely hot because of the dark coloring and the sharp edges hurt my feet. I could barely take a few steps. read more

Great dog park. Especially since they have added a covered area and chairs. Lots of open space for the dogs to run. There is a watering station so you're dog can get a drink. It can get muddy in that area. The rest of the area is gravel. read more

I loved this dog park, never had any issues with it until now. They recently set down gravel over the dirt that used to cover the park. I went earlier today and noticed for the first time, not thinking much of it. Sense then my dog has been limping and has minor cuts on the pads of his paws. Hopefully the gravel wont be permanent. read more

There is a lot of room and the other dogs and people that are there are friendly. There's a lot of bags and garbages for clean up. And there's plenty of water dishes. Love this park! read more

My husky loves this dog park! We have never had any problems at this park. All of the dogs and people are very friendly :) it gets muddy sometimes so watch the weather to see if you'll need to bring your boots! It's also very open but has a small pavilion you can sit under if you prefer the shade. read more

now that the scorching heat of mid-summer's sun has waned, this dog park is delightful. in the midst of summer heat, it's a bit unbearable as there is little to no shade. there are a few trees near benches that provide a teeny bit of shade, but really it's all open space. which is GREAT for running and playing ball! since this is the closest dog part to us, we go quite a bit. and i'm a fan. read more
