He spoke with the gentleman who originally stated that he would come and check out of electrical issue on March 20th (Appointment was scheduled on March 13th... A full week beforehand). My husband did a remote day for work to be home to get the work done and the contractor called midway through the day to say he would not be able to make it but he would be available today (March 26th) to fix our issue. My husband took a 2nd remote day of work to wait for him and once again he called today to say he would not be able to make it and he would like to reschedule for another day. On top of all that when my husband asked if he should find someone else to the job... Your answer was "Probably Best". For my husband to have to take 2 remote work days is a feat all it's own but when you cancel twice with no remorse is totally unprofessional and just rude. I can not understand the way someone would not make a job a priority after canceling with little notice the first time especially knowing that we were waiting for you to come to do a job. I guarantee that you will not have a 3rd opportunity to leave us high and dry on repairs again.

It had been about 15 years since I've grown accustomed to the luxury of the advent of this artificial climate controlled environment. For most of my life, I've not had the benefit of this at home. I would only be blessed with this amenity at work, for most of my adult life. I'm not sure how I was able to survive the sultry(yeah, during those Indian Summer nights, toward the end of summer) and dry summers(That's all the time) of Southern California. Born and raised in Los Angeles, and moving out to the SGV, I've seen my share of Summers here. But, this year with the weight of the Pandemic 2020, and the Safer at Home orders. I have not been able to escape LA, on vacation as I usually do these past years. I was chained to the abode and the Air Con was going all the time. Although, this A/C unit is pretty new, it was getting a run for the money. Lo and behold, just 10 scant days ago, the unimaginable happens! My A/C didn't turn on! Luckily, I was a subscriber with Fidelity Home Warranty, they dispatched an work order with A&M. However, I was one of the many! It took 4 days (no fault of A &M) for Shaun to get the time to come by. Shaun was a trooper! He gave me the straight scoop, no malarkey. On his first visit, he was up on that 3rd story, in that hottest of days of the current heat wave! He gave it his best shot, but had to order some parts. Troubleshooting, he remarked, we won't know if it'll work when the parts come in.... Today, Shaun was able to make it back with the parts needed, he was up there on that 3rd floor roof again, in that hot sun, it was touch and go, but Shaun came through like gangbusters! Even though, the part was replaced, Shaun had to do some heavy duty troubleshooting to find the culprit. Needless to say, I have now regained my humanity! I am back in the land of the living! A/C has been restored and all is well in my Kingdom again! All hail Shaun of the Alive!

He Ended up charging me $150 for parts and Labor. I really appreciate it being that the Heat was really bad and he got my AC rolling that same day. I called Hunter Mechanical Out last Night because my AC wasn't cooling the house down and he was able trouble shoot the problem again within 10 minutes or so. This time my unit was low on Refrigerant. He hookup his Gauges and pumped in the Refrigerant with in 10-15 Minutes. Charged me $165.00 for service call and The Refrigerant.
