Although my window for inspection was only 7 days, he was also able to squeeze me in for an inspection and got me my report within 3 days! I'm super grateful for that. Inside, Yanir thoroughly reviewed all the appliances, electrical, plumbing, structural, etc. As he was inspecting, he wasn't very talkative as he focused on assessing the various items throughout the unit, which is understandable. Afterwards, he did a walk-through and overview of items of concern. He made himself available to answer any questions and to answer any other items that I pointed out. He also assessed common areas for a fully comprehensive review of the living situation and amenities as I plan to bring this to the attention of the HOA/management company.
