He was friendly, courteous and provided quick turnaround of the report. I was particularly impressed with the use of the drone camera, Ray flew it around and performed a detailed inspection of the roof. He discovered a problem with the chimney cap that had been professionally installed a few weeks beforehand. He provided pictures that I forwarded to the chimney co and they came out the next day to resolve. He agreed to do the inspection the day after we contacted him. As we did the walk through with him, he provided a number of very helpful suggestions, but felt that the house (from the 1860s) was in very good shape. In addition, unlike many other inspectors, he is an engineer and was able to provide guidance on structural matters (which fortunately was fine). He produced a 168 page report the following day (with lots of pictures), which also included a summary. We found him very knowledgeable and helpful, and highly recommend him.
