He was friendly, courteous and provided quick turnaround of the report. I was particularly impressed with the use of the drone camera, Ray flew it around and performed a detailed inspection of the roof. He discovered a problem with the chimney cap that had been professionally installed a few weeks beforehand. He provided pictures that I forwarded to the chimney co and they came out the next day to resolve.
