He got our new faucet installed quickly, and brought plenty of gear to avoid making a mess (bucket, tarp, paper towels). I was desperate to find someone to fix a broken fence post in my backyard. The door attached to that post and I was concerned about security and was afraid the remainder of the storm might take down more of the fence. Ed called back within 30 minutes I believe. Ed has helped me out several times now, with a range of things I've had going on. When I first called the office everything was handled very professionally, and Ed was really prompt at responding to me, I explained my issues and we set a time to meet. He assessed the work that was to be done; fallen fence, patch a large hole in the drywall, and some shingles needed to be replaced on the roof....a storm a while back hit me hard! Ed is a great communicator and lets you know when he will arrive and is always on time. He completed all of the work in a couple of visits and all to my satisfaction and a reasonable cost. Most recently I had a few minor things, but I was on a time constraint and he was able to fit me in so I was well within the time frame I needed.
