    Fish sandwich

Food was decent but a little pricy. Our bill was nearly $50 for a fish sandwich, bowl of soup, steak wrap and a soda. Service was friendly and efficient and the restaurant was very clean.

Big E's Bar and Grill is at the former site of Driscolls. They've done some nice touches at freshening up the place (which was already beautiful, so it's a win win). A lot of the menu is the same, and from what we had, things were still just as great. Staff is wonderful as always. The posted pictures of the menu or temporary, as they will be adding more items soon on a permanent menu. We will definitely be back.

Amazing wedding soup. The sandwiches and salad are good options as well. Lots of options and our waitress was incredible.

When you enter the building, you have to go straight back to get to Quinn, and when you enter Quinn, you need to walk in and go to the right to get to the actual bar area. When I first walked in, I wondered if I was in the right place, and a patron said "bar is around the corner" The room when you first walk in is large, has a variety of seating options and plenty of fun things to try like board games and pool. The bar area itself has the bar with stools. Since I was on my own, I opted to stay in that area. You could tell it was a place that there are many regulars. As various people came in to order, I heard things like "Do you want your usual" and some of the patrons seemed to be close with the bartender. The patrons and the bartender were equally as friendly with everyone who came in, though. I asked a bunch of questions about the history of the brewery, most popular beers, how often they add new beers and got advice on what to try. I sampled three different ones and liked all of them and settled on the Braddock's Blonde. It was a fun place and I would definitely come back, either as a date night or with some friends and take advantage of the fun things their space has to offer.

It's definitely a unique location, inside a business park. There is an axe throwing next door…read more There is also a small restaurant that will even bring food over to enjoy with your beers. We don't make it here often but always enjoy it when we do. The actual bar area is small and the taplist a bit limited (but good variety.) my favorite is the Belgian Tripel which unfortunately wasn't on this visit. However, the brown ale they had on was very good. They usually have pretty good music playing and there is darts and pool and different games. Staff is always friendly. Prices are reasonable. Overall it's a fun, chill place to just hang out and enjoy some beers.

You sort of have to drive by it and turn around down the street. Your first clue that you're on to something good here is that the parking lot is very full.. I went in on a Monday night and the place was packed. People at the bar, people at tables, and everyone is here to grab a beer and get some of those Detroit slices. You absolutely want yours loaded up with a dollop of whipped ricotta, fresh basil reduction which is like a pesto, and their housemade hot honey, which is not hot but is applied liberally. You can add those extras for no charge, and I'm not sure how they are affording that on a four dollar slice. Bonus points for them offering a couple of Athletic NA beers since I no longer drink alcohol. Always appreciate when places are thoughtful about this! Really friendly people and plenty of seating.

Service, five stars. Beers, 2.5 to 3 stars so I averaged it out to four…read more I stopped here because it is on the Laurel Highlands Pour Tour. I learned that the best days to come are Monday through Wednesday because that is when they make the pizzas that they are known for. I love Detroit style pizza, so I might have to come back for that. On weekends, they typically have food trucks when they don't offer the pizza. The bartender was extremely friendly and gave me a lot of information about the brewery and their beers. They had their tap lists printed out an in acrylic holders, but the were smudged and hard to read what some of the options were. The bartender looked for one that was clearer, but they were all pretty bad. He filled me in on the information on any that weren't readable. I tried four different beers and wasn't really a fan of any of them. I was surprised, because one was an Oktoberfest and I typically really enjoy those. I tried one last one that is apparently "everyone's favorite" and still didn't enjoy it. I suppose every brewery has their style and I guess Bloom Brew's just isn't for me. Thankfully, they also have ciders and other drink options on their menu, so I ordered the Laurel Highlands Meadery Cranberry. It was perfection. Just the right amount of fruit and sweetness. One thing I like is that they have several size options. Basically, small medium and large size pours with varying ounces. If I hadn't ordered the cider, I probably would have ordered the smallest size of the sample that I liked the most.
