Big Escape Rooms offers a solid escape room experience with challenging and creative puzzles that kept us on our toes the whole time. It's located in a convenient area, and the pricing is very reasonable for the quality of the experience. However, the customer service at the front desk left something to be desired. The young lady that was evening at the front desk wasn't very welcoming or friendly, which dampened the initial vibe a bit. It would've been nice to start the adventure with more enthusiasm from the staff. Despite that, the puzzles made up for it. They were difficult but rewarding, and my date and I had a blast trying to figure everything out. Overall, it's a fun spot for a night out with friends. I would give this business 0 stars if I could. I am a previous employee and the business is terrible. I haven't received my W2 even though I have asked multiple times for it. I never received my last paycheck, even though I've emailed the owner multiple times on the situation. I quit, because the owner has no care for the safety of the employees. They also don't take covid-19 precautions seriously, even though we're in a global pandemic. I've contacted the necessary people (IRS, better business bureau), but I also feel that others should know to avoid this business at all costs. read more

Horrible experience. Been to numerous escape rooms. Room was disgusting with human hair all over the floor. Clues were incorrect - when we asked them to confirm the clue, they confirmed something totally different than the room showed. One clue involved a series of words on strips of paper, some of which were missing, making the clue almost unsolvable. Blacklight camera required for clues died on us, locked boxes werent actually all locked and just opened up. We spent 8 of our last 10 minutes repeatedly asking for clues with no response from the help. Very disappointed read more

This place was amazing! Our department went there for a team building event and it exceeded our expectations. I've already spoken with my counterparts within our company and would highly recommended this place for a company sponsored event. In addition, we were running late due to delays from the restaurant at our lunch beforehand, but the hosts at Big Escape Rooms had no problem making adjustments and accommodating us. I had a group of nine people, and we did (and escaped) the clown room. We were impressed by the staff, who were very accommodating of our large group size, and serious needs. The young woman who took care of us (Adelaide) was very nice and welcoming, and she supported us through the whole experience. Even though the room was creepy, we still had a really good time, and hope to come back sometime soon. We highly recommend!! read more

Great experience. Staff was fun and engaging. Clown room was just challenging enough to frustrate us at times, yet we were able to solve it with two mins to spare! Even when we had a dead instrument that was required to solve the room, they stopped the clock and revolved it quickly and restarted the clock at the appropriate time. Awesome experience! read more

My son and I stumbled upon this place. He is only 12 but had heard of escape rooms and wanted to try it out. It was so much fun. "Outbreak" was challenging and a great learning experience. The experience at the big escape room is one like no other. The instructor at the desk is actually a theater major & does an exceptional job of incorporating custom characters to each room. Went with just me and my boyfriend, the guy was a great actor and even though we didn't escape the clown room we had a lot of fun. if you're debating about going you should definitely go! the place is kind of hard to find but it's above the whole foods and you have to go up a flight of stairs :) read more

Fun interactive game requiring teamwork, imagination and concentration. Rooms were set with unique fixtures and designed to help solve the clues. Mandy was a great host and helped before, during and after the experience. All 5 in our party enjoyed the CLOWN....Thanks! read more

I've been to many escape rooms and this one is one of the better ones. They are more theatrical than the others I've been to and the puzzles are really creative. Heads up, the outbreak room might be a little scary for small kids under 10. read more
