I finally found time in my schedule that aligned with Dominic to finish my half sleeve. I went in with a fresh idea of how to close out the inner space by the bicep. Dom took my idea and designed a medium-sized crysanthemum that comes to life and really completes the tattoo and movement of the piece. The color pops and grabs attention, but also does justice to the entire tattoo. Needless to say, I was extremely pleased with Dom and his team to schedule me in and give me a personal and unique experience. It's hard to say but the service at the shop has improved. Called for a potential re pierce of my septum and Ciara (@/hallowedholes on insta) had answered. Previously other piercers said they could just re pierce BUT Ciara made the difference by offering the option of checking if my septum was still open and could possibly be stretched back. I did NOT know I could have gone this route and I appreciate her so much because it saves me the pain of being pierced and saves $$ She was super sweet, walked me thru the process, answered all my questions about the process and showed me what she was doing. She also gave me a lot of insight on another piercing I had gotten done and turn out they had gotten my anatomy wrong... Fast forward 2 decades later and I have a full sleeve partly a cover up and a Traditional Japanese back piece of Kintaro that goes down to just above the back of my knees. (Update) I went and got a second opinion at enigma, everything your saying is bs he said the right ear was completely pierced wrong I can tell they are not even but in the back where I can't see they are completely crooked from front to back it's a mess waste of time and money had to take them out I think the worst part is you can't own up to there mistakes you fucked up own it and I don't believe you can make it right you can't fix a hole and I be damn if I ever let you near my ears again it's already done. Fast forward a month I've done all the cleaning and everything not new to this have 3 nose rings and nipple rings so I'm good at cleaning well my ears were starting to hurt randomly so I checked them and the ring bars they put in were to small (went to another piercing place to have them check) and sure enough wrong size I took them out cause the skin was growing over them and had to put different ones in well now that I have my own in the piercing are not the same and it's very noticeable I assume she spaced them by my other earrings not by the hole! I won't be back and I'm more upset I payed 300 with tip! My concern is that if this was someone's first time they may no know I learned my lesson again I never go to a tattoo/piercing shop it had to be just one over all waste off money and time and now I gotta have this one fixed please don't go here it's not good. read more

DO NOT BRING BABIES OR KIDS HERE. When I called in advance, Janell and her assistant claimed they did babies ears. They offered no instruction, and told me to provide my own jewelry. I provided jewelry which Janel approved of stating "this is good". They each pierced one ear. The assistant became concerned and said "she's bleeding", and there was blood dripping on my daughters neck and shirt. At that point the earring fell out and was lost for about 5 minutes while my child screamed and they crawled on the floor. I was hoping they could just put the backing on, but then they argued as to who had smaller hands, as neither wanted to put the small backing on. They suggested they would put a temporary backing on and I should put it on later. I finally attempted to put the back on myself when I realized that the left ear was only halfway pierced and they would have had to start that ear over. My child was traumatized, and frankly, so was I. They did offer apologies throughout, but stated that my baby is "strong", and that "babies are hard". read more

We had an awful experience trying to get an appointment here. They said they would take a walk in, we got there within 20min and then they said they were full. Turns out the person they look ahead of us was the front desk lady and the man tattooing said "I heard her say we could take you but we're busy now." My friend and I made an appointment and when we walked in, we were told to sit down. We ended up waiting for about an hour and a half before we were able to go back into the piercing area. The actual piercing process was very unprofessional. I got my cartilage and lobes done. During the cartilage piercing, she used the taper to put the earring in; however the earring she picked out was too thick so she ended up irritating my ear and ended up having to find a smaller earring. This led to the taper being stuck in my ear for an additional 10 minutes while she was running around trying to find the right earring. Once she finally finished, I left the piercing shop. About a week later, I was getting worried because all my earrings were so infected and hurt so bad when I have never had troubles in the past. 2 weeks later, I woke up and my cartilage earring was rejected and fell out. I immediately went to a different piercing shop to get it re-pierced and the other shop said the earrings that she used are not the quality that should be used for an initial piercing. She said they are the cheapest earrings she had seen. Because of this, I had to endure so much pain of getting repierced and had to pay the new piercer for the new earring and service. Now, it has been about 5 weeks and my lobes are still so crusty and bloody and it has to be the earrings because I clean it multiple times a day. Needless to say, stay clear of this shop for piercing! read more

I called to ask what size nose ring the piercer normally uses when she does it on the nose because I forgot to ask the piercer, who was AMAZING btw. What a cool spot! Came in with my friend during the weekend to get my 4th piercings on my ear lobes done- just for the hell of it:) I signed a waiver electronically on my phone and as soon as i knew it I was laying down and ready to go! So QUICK and EASY! They seemed to have a pretty steady flow that day, not super empty but terribly busy either. This shop is very well decorated and fun. Definitely has that cool badass/ rebel vibe. I feel its maybe not very child friendly... but besides that it's pretty awesome! Staff was friendly, easy to talk to, I felt very comfortable instantly! One of the staff members even offered to record the piercing for me! How sweet of her! The piercings itself were quick, easy, and painless. They had applied a numbing cream, so I really didn't feel much at all till a few hours later- but it was very minor. my only negative comment I would have to say is that the cleaning instructions weren't very clear. Usually when I have gone to other piercing/tattoo shops they give you something to clean with or like a little kit or something. But this shop just handed me a business card for any questions and sent me on my way. It is a pretty simple piercing but I ended up googling some cleaning stuff just to be sure.
