It was in an entirely different location then, so this was my first visit to the new taproom. Such a comfortable and fun spot! They have so many different events, including an ASL Guided Brewery Tour (which is quite unique) and a monthly book club. I originally stopped by to drop off books for their used book sale, but I stayed for two beers. Very friendly staff and appear to be highly engaged with their community. There was a nice variety of styles on their beer menu. I tried a pilsner (I believe?) and an Oktoberfest (because it was the season). Both very tasty! It's similar to visiting a familiar new location with brand new beers on tap every time. Sproose IPA is one of our favorites. It actually tastes like you are drinking a pine forest! I also love their Gose, porters, and Oktoberfest. You really can't go wrong! With wonderful weather, the front garage door was open and allowed us to move back and forth from the front patio section to the interior area to get beverages from the bar. The acoustics in the bar area were not great, making it hard to talk, so I was glad that we could utilize the outdoor area where it was much easier to talk. However the facility does do a good job of utilizing the space effectively, given its narrow footprint. I really only saw one staffer but she was very friendly and suggested the No Pain Painkiller, an oddly-named drink that had coconut and orange juice in it.
