I also ordered a sweet bagel with mountain berry cream cheese. I was excited to try something sweet, but was immediately let down. The bagel even looked different. It was small, kinda burnt, and seemed to not be baked well. The cream cheese also had no flavor. We both tried bites of it, but felt it was bad enough to throw away. What a let down. The breakfast bagels were so good, we'd come back, even with the bad sweet bagel. Maybe it was a fluke or bad morning?

They were out of their Lox Bagel with actual salmon and we accidentally ordered the bagel with salmon but just in the cream cheese. Make sure to clarify when ordering this as we were confused and never heard of it before. The salmon cream didn't have a strong flavor, maybe the cream cheese was pretty overpowering. I did prefer the sandwiches over the cream cheese bagels. There is a thick layer of meat but not much sauce on either sandwich so I would recommend asking for either extra or on the side. The bagels itself were a little on the thicker side, they were toasted but not much as seen from the pictures. They were pretty doughy, not a personal favorite. The workers were nice and gave recommendations for favorites. They also were pretty fast so it didn't take long to go in and out.

my new favorite spot. had out of town guests so gave this a try. what a treat! They make their own bagels daily, and offer a great selection. Unlike some places, they WILL toast your bagel! They offer two ways to get your food. You can get breakfast sandwich, espresso, coffee or bagels and go...OR you can sit down in the full service cafe. It is clean and comfortable. It was hard to decide what to order, but I ordered the Popeye Omlette, had fresh spinach and mushroom with swiss cheese. Served with a bagel and wonderful potatoes. Great size and absolutely delicious. Others ordered biscuit and gravy, french toast made with bagel (wow) and crab bennedict. The help was very friendly and efficient. Second time here on recent vacation....I loved it the first time and this visit was as good if not better. Food was delic. had the salmon omlette with asparagus....what a great combo. Clean and pleasant. Service was spot on. It is a popular spot so you might have to wait a short while for a seat, but as a frequent diner I know you seldom get a seat as you walk thru the doors! Not sure why some comments regarding wait. The food is cooked to order so it does take a little longer to come out... but so worth it. read more

Great to have a bagel and breakfast place in the valley. I go in once a week to buy fresh bagels to keep at home. I love the taste and smell of homemade bagels. Also, great to buy a tub of the veggie cream cheese, or a variety of other cream cheeses to have at home too. There is also a place to sit and eat either inside or out on the deck. Excellent place to go for breakfast, brunch, or lunch, or just a little coffee break. read more

This new restaurant is an excellent mix of friendly service, scrumptious unique food with interesting presentation, and lovely local atmosphere.
