I've always gotten the extra bread rolls I asked for with no judgment at all! We went here since it was close to the resort we were staying at and it was a great decision. The restaurant was packed due to Mother's Day but we were seated after a 30 min wait which we didn't mind. The dinner rolls were delicious as always. We got 2 16 oz NY strip steak dishes with mashed potatoes, fries, chili, and Caesar salad. We also got the steak kabobs which came with seasoned rice and fries. All the dishes were absolutely delicious and the portions were large enough for us to take home leftovers for extra meals!! Our server was kind enough to give us additional dinner rolls with the delicious cinnamon butter to take home. I will always rely on Texas Roadhouse for a great meal. My only complaint is the chili recipe has changed. It used to be "Texas style" chili meaning no beans were added and cubes of meat were used instead of ground beef which seems to have changed. They now have lots of kidney beans and ground beef in the chili which I will replace with another side when I visit next.

What's there not to love about a good steak and cocktails while watching football? Our waiter is okay, a little forgetful. The food is almost always good. I had the smallest ribeye at 12 ounces and apparently it was too big because I still had half a steak by the time I got done. But I think I also ate way too many buttered rolls with their famous brown sugar butter. It's very loud because it's so crowded, but everyone is nice. I'm glad we came here for dinner and I'm even more glad I wore stretchy leggings lol.

I called ahead to be sure everything was ready as I have children with ASD as well as other diagnoses. The staff were super helpful. They took our order on the phone, gave a very appropriate time to come in, and had everything ready to go. Our waitress was so sensitive, patient, and kind. She was helpful and allowed us to sit in a quiet and tucked away area so there was less sensory triggers for the kids, My children absolutely loved their visit, and all the fun "piggies" on display. The food was warm and fresh and had good taste. I can mot say enough about how kind and patient they were for us. My kids have asked several times to visit the "piggy restaurant" again!

Comes with coleslaw and we subbed a salad to replace French fries we didnt want.. I liked the coleslaw. Chicken was tender. Tasted more like a baked chicken with a slightly spicey sauce i didnt care for.. Although chicken tender but I had better tasting bbq chicken elsewhere. Hush puppies were ok, somewhat over fried. Food plated nicely, reasonable priced. Notewothy, 2 small restrooms were located outside around the building , some steps to go around building.

They are conveniently located in a beautiful property just a mile from Harrisonburg proper but once you see the farm you wouldn't have thought it is just outside the city. They have been serving high quality bulk shares of beef to their local community for decades and just started to further expand their services over the past year. They repurposed their big red barn to become like a farmstand which opens 2 days a week (and by request) where everyone can buy individually packaged, USDA inspected beef cuts, and they started selling pork and lamb products as well. We've gotten different steak cuts, ground beef and pork, burger patties, and sausages here. We loved them! On most Saturdays, J&Js BBQ food truck comes by the red barn. GlenDor customers can buy freshly grilled GlenDor burgers, or hotdogs, as well as chicken BBQ and pulled pork as they come to fill their coolers with GlenDor meat products. GlenDor Farms also recently started shipping within most of the East Coast! Their packages are carefully prepared and shipped. My boyfriend received his package of about 15 lbs of ribeye, sirloin, ground beef and others within a few days and still quite frozen! (we live in North Carolina) He cooked 'em and I got to try the tender, juicy, melt-in-your mouth goodness of the steaks! Lastly, as I mentioned, their farm is in a beautiful property in Harrisonburg--their farmhouse is situated on top of a hill with gorgeous views of the Shenandoah Valley. If you ever want to experience it or if you are looking for great accommodation when visiting Harrisonburg--you can now stay at their Hilltop Apartment on AirBnB! This is the basement floor apartment of their farmhouse--fully renovated, fully equipped kitchen, and own private entry. On top of the gorgeous view that will greet you, they also give you complimentary fresh eggs and sausage from their farm! Bryce Blosser is really doing a phenomenal job in managing and expanding GlenDor farms as the fourth generation. Overall, I highly recommend supporting this very nice family's farm-to-table business!
