I took the tie and shirt in, but the associate was unable to offer a solution even though I could tell he wanted to. He said he was not allowed to give out the store, managers, contact information or the regional managers contact information so I had to call the 800 number , who told me that was not policy and immediately transferred me to the regional. The regional manager said he would talk to the store manager to stop back in and they would take care of it. When I stopped back in, the store manager said I don't believe that's from the tie and would not offer me any type of solution for the shirt that they ruined. As a note, I never asked for a dollar amount or other merchandise. I just asked them what they could do to make the situation better. Their reply was nothing. That was a choice potential customers should know about before you purchase. I realize that we shopped there because we don't have many options, but at a very minimum I would strongly recommend a different store location at the very least.

I'd describe it as a blend of Banana Republic, Express, and Jcrew, with many unique options. I bought a few items on Black Friday weekend, and saved quite a bit. Definitely going to stop in again! The staff was friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Atmosphere was lively, playing good music, while having nice displays and plenty of mirrors. Last, and most importantly, the clothes are great quality, and their fits generally run small. I wear a 42 size jacket, but the slimming cuts forced me to go a size up. Most of the styles are slimming, which is always nice. FYI, this is right near DSW in the mall. Very happy overall.

If they were, they would approach customers and try to "sell" the merchandise and not wander or hide behind the cash register. I don't know if the staff can tell the difference between the subtle signs of craftsmanship, Milanese button holes, no taping on the seams of an unconstructed men's jacket, and a schlock job. There are not too many high-end retailers around anymore. Wallach's and Barneys come to mind. There is a lot of high-end, well tailored merchandise. But I didn't see a tailor on site if alterations are needed. Long long ago, in the neighborhood far, far away. I worked at John Wanamaker's in the men's suit department; on commission and salary. Went to warehouse in North Carolina, then Ohio, then here via UPS. I kid you not, it absolutely REEKS. The striped pattern is faded, not the vivid color online. Go to the store and shop. Not there or unavailable, you are better off. You can inspect what you're getting. This comforter is going straight to an outside laundromat, no way I'm putting it in our washing machine. EXCREMENT! Found some dried on outside bottom of the box, this is awful. AVOID any description that states, "Imported." There's your clue that they don't even carry it here in the US.

And their Backstage section is low quality, which is where I've been directed to shop, as well as online. But online shopping isn't the same. The same holds Tru for all of the gardening supplies, and I was really saddened to see that they are still selling like very dangerous pesticides that most countries ban. It's kind of an eye-opener. If I hire a contractor to work on my property and I asked them where they shop, I would be hesitant if they came in with products purchased at tractor supply because there's no way they're getting Organic products there.
