Bad service!!! Technician has no experience!! Low quality tires!!! Changed 4 news tires on my 2025 Subaru crosstrek, they damaged my rim. My care tires size 225/55r18. they've put 50psi on the new tire, tpms waring on. I called em, they told me " some tire required 50psi" -bs-. ask me to came back. I came back, they deflated the tires pressure to 35psi, still not saying they was wrong. Told me come back again to see another guy for the rim damaged. read more

I took my car here for a oil change on7/21/25 and this is the email and photos I emailed the store that evening after discovering all this. They have yet to reply, so as promised, I am posting reviews to warn others, here was the email I sent to them: My experience today at your store. Hello, I came in this afternoon for a scheduled appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation done on my car at 3:30pm. This was my first ever experience getting work done on my car at a Big O. I waited in store for the work to be done and at around 4:30 was told everything was completed, so I paid and then got in my car. Upon getting in my car I immediately noticed that the steering wheel was pretty dirty. So I stopped before leaving the store parking lot and got a napkin out and used water from my water bottle to clean it. I almost went back to let them know, but decided to let it pass. Then a few hours later I went over to my sisters house for dinner and my brother asked me what happened to my car and I asked "what do you mean?" And he pointed to the hood and said "look at it". Which I really hadn't done since getting it back, but as you'll see in the attached pic, there were fingerprints of the person who presumably did the oil change and got my steering wheel all dirty, but also, there were drops of oil all over it. I am not one to normally complain but I've never had this done to any of my cars I've owned when getting service done to them at a shop. Let alone a $100+ oil change, I expect more. I believe there are still small little dots of oil on my car that I need to get off, and the convenience of taking my car to get this done doesn't seem like one any longer. Terrible communication and explanation of services potentially needed. I bought a brand new set of tires (4) from you in November of 2021 for my 2018 Toyota Highlander. I also paid for the additional warranty. I have never had an issue and never even used the warranty prior. About a month ago, one of the tire sensors started indicating low pressure. We put air once and the issue re-occurred. My husband took it to your establishment and was told the warranty could not be used for a simple patch/ repair due to my tire being too old. Please note these tires were bought brand new in 2021, and we only have put less than 20,000 miles on them. I work from home and my husband's drive is 5 miles each way. I find a bit inconceivable that my tires are old or used. We were also told we would need to buy a new tire since you guys weren't able to repair it. The most frustrating part is the lack of explanation and details as of why I need a new tire and as of why my tires are too old after only 2 years and 8 months. You are the experts, how do I prevent this from happening again? I would expect that you help me understand how do I prevent from having to buy brand new tires every 2-3 years and why is my tire considered too old? I have never had an issue with Big'O, but this is incredibly disappointing and I am sure I will be taking my business somewhere else. read more

Don't go here!!!! Went in for a simple flat repair and they put a screw In my tire to try to get me to buy tires!!!! I check my tires completely before going and I know for a fact I did not have a screw in my sidewall... I had a small piece of metal in the tread to be fixed, they put the screw in my tire. read more

Kind of sleazy. I'm a young woman with a BMW. They totally tried to take advantage. Was kind of fricked. Told me multiple times that fixing my oil leak would take an hour. They made it take 4 hours instead of 1 and charged me 100 an hour for labor. read more

Was driving and my sensor light came on. The weather is changing and that happens. Pulled into a Big O I saw on my way to my appointment and asked if they could check the tire pressure in my spare as I had just gotten another Big O tire location to put air in my tires. Christian, the service manager, said they could and to just pull up to the garage door. One of the service techs checked the tire pressure and asked me some questions about the light. He diagnosed a tire sensor issue and told me they would have to check all of the sensors in order to know which one it was. I thought I would need to make an appointment but Christian pulled out the diagnosing tool and found the one with the sensor issue. He put my car into service rotation and the sensor was fixed in 20 minutes. I appreciated his and the service techs help to diagnose the issue and then get it fixed for my peace of mind. Also that he kept me in the loop as to what was going on. Christian was polite to the other customer waiting and delivered what looked like bad news in a calm and professional manner. I used this business over the past few years without any poor service. However after getting over $950.00 worth of work done 2 weeks ago, my vehicle experienced a low pressure tire warning and one of the sensors wasn't even registering. This has happened before with this tire shop. The first time it was taken care due to their error with an apology. Great service! Today I had the same issue and encountered the most difficult manager by the name of Sylvester Brownawell. This individual didn't take my car back, did not identify the problem, told me I'd have to pay. When I questioned it and explained this was a shop error, he replies oh well it won't be free. Beyond upset, I took my keys. This individual then racially profiled me, called the police to say I wouldn't leave as I demanded service and gave a description of me that was way more threatening than my person represented. I called 911 as well and filed a complaint. I was also told there's nothing calling Big O Tires corporate offices would do. That was incorrect as well. A company complaint was filed and case number given. I've never had an issue with any service provider until today. Sylvester, if you don't like helping customers and persons of color intimidate you, I implore you to find a new profession. read more

Got a brand new set of tires from these guys and ran into one problem after another with them. I would think after spending $800 in this store they would try to repair some of their mistakes-- but the customer service from the store manager was horrible. Go to discount, don't waste your time or money here. Update-- Lana, that's exactly what I tried. But the manager refused to listen, just kept repeating "that will be $75..."! I'd been going to this location for oil changes for years and trusted them to complete rotor and brake pad work. They replaced the rear rotors and brake pads. Within weeks, I was complaining about the brake performance and pulsating when I stopped, so I brought the vehicle back in. They told me the front rotors were the problem, so I got them replaced as well. Within weeks, pulsating during braking got worse. They explained that the car was safe to drive and to get it in and they'll look again. I continued this cycle of denial and poor explanations, until "you're out of the warrantee, but you need new rear rotors if you want the pulsing to stop." I complained about the issue and was told the manager would call me. He never did. I eventually brought my vehicle in to the dealership, and they wrote up the report. I was given cheap rotors for the price of the proper ones, and every single brake pad was installed incorrectly. The brake fluid was also improperly flushed (I was charged twice for this service by Big O). I am now getting a whole new set of rotors and brake pads from the dealer and Big O has failed to make this right. These guys do not know what they're doing and lack integrity for their work and customer service. I know a manager responds to all of these negative reviews that the goal is provide a 5 star experience. I'd love an actual response in how you will rectify these issues. My money was stolen for a job never completed. read more

On Saturday, January 23rd, I noticed my battery light flickering on, so I got it checked out at Advanced Auto Parts. The diagnosis was a faulty alternator. I have a computer generated read-out saying that the alternator is faulty mentioning that "The charging output" is at 11.97 volts, and the "input" is at 11.89 volts which means that there is no output being produced. So I decide to visit Big O Tires at 6711 South Potomac St. in Centennial, CO 80112, which is right next to the place where I got my electrical system tested. Big O Tires tested out the electrical system and didn't find anything faulty about it. As the electrical system was being tested, the battery light was off at the time. The manager on duty that day recommended that they Can swap out the alternator for my own alternator. I found this very acceptable. Sunday morning, I order a Denzo OE alternator from Amazon and have it delivered Sunday night. The next morning, on Monday, January 25, I go into Big O Tires and have my alternator installed. I signed the documentation to have it done stating that to "remove and replace alternator, and customer supplied alternator", which is acceptable. At twenty minutes after one, the car is ready and I pay for the repair. At approximately 2:30, I noticed on the receipt it says, " alternator pulley damaged prior to install". Big O Tires installed a faulty and damaged alternator into my car knowing that the alternator pulley was damaged. This action is beyond unacceptable on many levels. I called Big O Tires and mentioned that the alternator was installed knowing that it was damaged. They gave me all sorts of pushback telling me that the box looks damaged and it looks like it was dropped. This doesn't negate the fact that they knowingly installed a faulty alternator without letting their customer know about it. On top of accusing me of dropping the box, which I did not, they let me know that I signed a document to have them do the work with a damaged alternator, which is inaccurate and not true. I only signed the document giving them permission to work on the vehicle; if I knew the alternator was damage I would never have signed any documents giving them permission to work on the vehicle. The customer experience here is appalling. I am posting this review and letting the public know how I was treated. This is unacceptable and careless behavior. read more

We woke up ready to start a road trip and unfortunately noticed a screw in one of our tires. Went there Friday because I ran over something in the road and my tire sensor came on. The person behind the counter could not have been more unhelpful and uninterested. Without even looking at my tires, his only suggestion was that I leave the car overnight. My daughter then called Firestone at Arapahoe and Parker. They were so pleasant on the phone and just as pleasant when we drove up. The technician took less than ten minutes to check and fill all four tires and gave me the peace of mind I needed to drive home in the rain. I just went for an Alignment part of Costco Auto Program. 5.5 hours of wait even with appointment and when finaly "completed" the turning wheel was misaligned. I returned and after 1 more hour they told me that their sensors are not working properly and need to return on Monday... How you ever did the first alignment with broken/uncallibrated equipment??? Where do I begin? Went in to get new tires and to get an alignment, I was told to come back the next day since they were booked. Dropped my car off at 7 am (right when they open) and at 2:30pm, they just started on my car. Was waiting for 3 hours and when it came time to check out, they lost my paperwork. After searching for 20 mins and finding it, they proceeded to check me out but now they couldn't find the receipt for the tires. Annoyed at this point, once they found that they told me the price (the alignment was included in the price) BUT they didn't do the alignment because why? I have no idea. So they tried charging me for a service I asked for but never received. I went to les schwab down the street and it took them 20 mins and I was out of there. Will not be returning. read more
