I can't say enough good things about Josh in the front and Michael in the shop. Josh and Michael have personally bent over backwards to make sure I am taken care of even when Sylvester seems helbent on handling things in an arrogant/bullish manner with what seems to be a mindset of company first, customer second. I'm a local independent mechanic and general repairman, I know how to not only please a customer the first time, but also treat customers in such a way as to keep them, and make sure they feel taken care of for the long run, and if my dealings with Sylvester are any indication of his normal behaviors with customers, he has probably driven more customers away on the second and third encounters than the owner realizes. I'm sure that his 1st time sales numbers look good to someone above him or he wouldn't be there, but without good customer relationship skills he will, no doubt, cause more harm than good. Twice now, I have had serious enough issues with Sylvester that I was going to write off the parker Big-O and make sure my local customers and other independent mechanics knew how poorly I was treated, and both times Josh and Michael have taken notice of the unfolding situations, and taken initiative to recover and repair the damage done by Sylvester's blunders just in time. Josh and Michael are truly a gift to this place. If the world were set right, I'm sure Josh would have Sylvesters job with Michael as his right hand in the shop for any further customer relations needs. They both genuinely have an attitude of making sure a customer is fully taken care of from first interaction to last, and they don't hesitate to really step up to the plate even with very difficult situations... but sadly, there is no way that they receive the recognition or compensation that they deserve for their incredible attitudes and skills in working with customers in a positive way as I'm sure this kind of thing never makes it to the top of the food chain with Sylvester in the way. But in the end, thank you Josh and Michael for handling things the right way and doing what needs to be done every time even when it takes extra effort. read more

I am very pleased with Big O Tires in Parker. I first took my 2010 Ford to Big O in the fall of 2021 for tire balance and rotation. I met the owner Jason, who appeared to be a straight shooter. So, i returned six months later for another tire rotation and oil change. One of the mechanics spotted a very small leak on an intermediate axel part. Jason explained the leaking part and what would be required to fix it. He told me honestly that in his opinion since the leak was so small and had just begun that I could probably drive it for a while, but if the seal wore further or I waited too long my repair bill would be much higher. I waited a month or so and actually confirmed that the repair work was necessary, while I was having a recalled airbag replaced at the Ford dealer. The Big O Tire repair estimate was a couple hundred bucks cheaper than Ford. I set up an appointment with Jason, giving him time to order the part. I took my Ford back to him the next week to make the repairs along with a transmission fluid exchange, tune-up, and coolant flush. Janson honored the Big O repair service coupon that i had gotten in tbe mail. Bottom line is that I am very satisfied with Big O Tire in Parker. Jason is a very honest business owner and highly skilled mechanic. His crew is friendly, experienced / skilled and knowledgeable. Best of all, they are mechanics that will tell you like it is Good, Bad, or Gray Area. I trust Jason's Big O Tire to service my vehicle. Give them a try with your auto repair or Tire needs. I have owned a few cars over the past 10 years and by far my hardest to keep running car and the most annoying to fix has to be my Jeep Cherokee. Don't get me wrong, the jeep is built like a tank and can take a hit (especially a deer at night), but I could not keep it running without Jason at Big O Tires in Parker. The crew over there has been amazing at being able to keep the jeep going, from rebuilding the front end, the cooling system, the rear end, and the pulley system, Big O in Parker is the best place to go. I have been to quite a few Big O Tires (including the one in Castle Pines) over the past few years and no other place compares to the amazing customer service at the Big O in Parker. In the past, the previous owner was horrible and always tried to over charge me. However, Jason has turned that around and has made his shop one of the best. When I drive my car into the lot and Matt or Jason comes out to meet me and start trying to figure out what is going wrong, I immediately feel that everything will get fixed. Most of all, Jason and his team understand that everyone does not have a million dollars especially a poor college student like me. So it makes sense for me to continue my dedication of bringing my car problems to their quick and precise shop to get fixed. I ran over a nail 3 days before Christmas and my tire started going flat instantly. I went to a different tire store first because they were closer. I was met with two people who eventually told me they couldn't even look at it for at least 3 to 4 hours. I had a lot to do and couldn't wait and they weren't convincing me that they even wanted to do it that day. I went over to Big O tires in Parker on Parkglenn way with the air I had left and I was instantly greeted with smiling friendly faces. Joshua Hallums immediately offered to look at my tire to see what they could do to help me. The mail wasn't In the best position to patch (run flat) but he said they would get it up and try. They had my car in the shop and repaired within 40 minutes and I was on my way. I can't say thank you enough or convey how much I appreciated his exemplary customer service. I didn't feel like I was inconveniencing them with a tire repair, I felt like they honestly cared and wanted to help. The Newton family have been clients of Parker Big O tires since the 1980s when my dad was a construction contractor in the Denver metro area; subsequently we've seen a lot of changes over the years and not all of those changes were positive. However, one thing that I will say which is my opinion to date, is that this business - now under new management and ownership - is much more professional, courteous, and personable than it had previously been. The new manager Jason Bessant, has gone out of his way on several occasions to accommodate the needs of my dad (who is now retired) and also assist my mom and myself on issues of vehicle repair that we have needed. A final point regarding the garage crew. Leadership shows by example, in past times the service personnel in the garage seemed at times to implicitly exhibit a certain lack of courtesy too, just as had the management it was under. The crew at Big O Tires out in Parker really hit this one outta the park! I took it to them for some squeaky brakes and suspension issues and they isolated all of the issues I was having. Brake pads, rotors, calipers, outer tie rod ends, sway bar links, and shocks/struts were all in really bad shape from previous owner. I had the truck back in a couple days (due to the weekend) and it's like driving a different truck! The difference in everything from the way the truck handles turns to no longer hearing me braking from a mile away is just absolutely incredible. Even with everything my truck needed, they were still able to work everything in to my budget with room to spare. They also offer warranty on all parts and labor! Shawn Lyons was the man I worked with, and he took care of everything I needed with no issues or anything. Him and his crew were friendly, honest, quick and efficient and I will without hesitation be bringing all of my vehicles to them for any type of repairs in the future. read more

My husband and I were out for a nice ride in a new corvette, got a flat tire and luckily made it to Big O on Parkglenn way....Manager Jason took excellent care of us...He was so calm and helpful even though he had several customers at the time....Ben and Brandon showed us the large piece of metal stuck in the tire....They repaired the tire with a patch in less than 20 minutes....We drove it home to Colorado Springs. Last summer I was preparing to move to Florida. I was having trouble finding anyone who was willing to service and put new tires on my 34' motor home. Jason and the boys happily took care of all my needs and gave me piece of mind for the long journey. A few weeks later I sent my truck over for new tires, flew back, and drove it down without incident. Fast forward to this spring and I was back and needed a slow leak fixed. The clowns in Aurora said that the lugs were over tightened and they couldn't help. They told me to go back to Parker to the guys who screwed it up to begin with. The guys in Parker had NOT SCREWED ANYTHING UP, but simply had the experience and tools to do the job. They shuttled me back and forth, fixed my leak, and apologized for the inconvenience. I am an Owner of a Wrx STI, So when it came to getting the right snow tires I didn't really know where to start or how much It would cost. I spoke to a guy named JASON. THIS GUY KNOWS HIS STUFF! He basically took the time to find out what I wanted in a tire, how much I wanted to spend and then did the homework for me. When I called back the next day he had so many good options to choose from it was awesome. when I entered the shop he wanted to show me the tire before I had them put on... I was very impressed. 15 minutes later every thing was all set. His guys even put the old tires in bags and in the trunk for me. PROOF- a couple days later I was way up north in WY. There was mud and snow. Those tires were amazing and even a little fun cause well I have a fun car for that kind of driving. But It would not have been any fun if I had the wrong tires on. These guys are great. I went to check on my tires of Ford Edge. I recently purchase this vehicle from CarMax . One of the tire would not hold the air pressure properly. I filled that tire with air couple of times but the issue remained. Called CarMax and they wanted $ 60.00 to look at it . So I called Big O tire in Parker. They checked the tire and fixed the issue. The problem was that the tire was not installed properly on the tire rim which caused slow leak. Big O Tire did not charge me anything; they did work on this for 1/2 hour and would not take any money from me. I was expecting to pay something for their time but shocked when they declined the payment, in contrary to CarMax who wanted $ 60.00 just to see the issue. I have been told on 2 occasions since last Fall, that my truck was in desperate need of new rotors and brake pads for the front and back immediately. I went in to get new tires, expecting these guys to tell me I needed these new rotors and brake pads. Instead, I was given specific written information as to every aspect of my engine, brakes, etc. being completely fine. I also received an extremely fair deal with my brand new tires and was offered a plan for payment that made this experience much less a financial burden. I came in today for a flat tire that occurred while I was in the process of moving. When I got here you could tell it was a busy day with the amount of vehicles being worked on. Matt and Sylvester took a look at my tire to address my concerns. Although being warned there was a wait time, as I could clearly see it was busy, I sat and waited. As I sat there I was amazed on the speed everyone was working. Great pace and even greater communication between the team. Surprised, it only took them 15-20 min to get me in and out. Because of this teams friendly environment and cleanliness of not only the show room but the bays themselves I will only come to this location from now on. I had bought an extra set of wheels, and then some snow tires so that I could easily switch between my summer and winter setup. I brought them to Big O to get mounted and balanced, and get my TPMS sensor ID's. After mounting and balancing I brought em home, as soon as snow was in sight I put them on my car. I noticed after driving at highway speeds that I had some steering wheel shake. Came back, and Ben scheduled me an appointment a day out, they pulled my car in, pulled the tires off, rebalanced them, and let me know they didn't see anything that would cause a really bad shake. Drove the same highway again, and it seems like the rebalancing solved the issue. No more shake in my steering wheel. Fantastic service yesterday! My son was coming in from a year-long deployment in Iraq. He had ordered new tires/wheels while gone and I showed up with no appointment. Josh listened to my story, looked ar the tires in the back of the truck and got me in right away. There was a special tool needed that the shop didn't have and Josh went to his truck, brought out his own tool and they were able to get the job done. When I went to pay I was told "This one's on us. Thank your son for his service". I was overwhelmed with gratitude, and so grateful this group of men respected the sacrifices my son had made over the past year. Forrest is outstanding. The repair on my car could have cost me $785.00, it only cost me $110.00. The care for the customer is real at Big O. My alternator was not charging and I was told at another shop I needed to replace the alternator, at $785.00. I went to Big O to replace the alternator. They started with testing and found it was just a 2 wire connector needed to replace and Nissan doesn't make them, they only make a complete wire harness. Forrest worked for 1 1/2 days to find a replacement. He found one on eBay at $13.00, but it take days to arrive. Forrest had his electrical mechanic make temporary repairs so I could drive it in the meantime. Forrest and the team at Big O put the customer ahead of making more money. Thanks Big O!!! read more

What a relief! What normally feels stressful having to go into get repairs or maintenance done on a vehicle actually felt quite the opposite. These guys know who to take care of....US, the customer! I recently went in to these awesome guys with a flat tire. the guys got me in and i sat down. about 10-15 minutes went by and the awesome guys called me over and told me the car was done. i didnt expect a flat tire to go that smoothly or quick. the guy up front explained very clearly what they did to the tire and showed me the nail that was in it. i asked how much do i owe you and the guys just gave me a hand shake and said its on the house and to have a good day. i was also astonished with the new remodel that they just did. looks awesome. if you want great customer service and a peaceful environment, go to these guys. they know what they are doing. read more
