I was there to get tired. I called ahead and they told me the tires were on stock. I waited an hour and a half thinking my car was being worked on. Finally I asked for a status report and was told they were picking up my tires from the warehouse. I was lied to about them having the tires and never got status updates. I left without getting new tires and wasted almost two hours. Next time I will check the reviews more closely and take them seriously. read more

I have been in twice this year and both times they gave different excuses as to why my tires were not covered for replacement. Just today they told me that while camping when I got a flat that I had driven on it for to long and that voided my warranty. I know how to change a flat and for the 20 yard it was driven on at about 5mph before I pulled over and changed it is an absolute joke. When I took the tire in earlier this year with a nail in the top they told me it had chewed the inside wall but that I never purchased the extended warranty. So jason sold me an extended warranty and told me if it ever happened again it would be covered. So this past week it did and guess what its not covered. So jason scammed me out of 350 for the single tires and extended coverage he sold me on all 4 back in January telling me he wanted to establish a community relationship so I would come back again. When I called today and he wouldn't even talk to me but rather put on an assistant manager who had to put me on hold 3 times to talk to jason before he told me to bad. This might be the worst customer service I have experienced in parker and I highly recommend unless you are into getting scammed out of money that you look else where for your tire needs, But they did tell me they would give me a new tire at cost, and that for an additional 25 they would resell me an extended warranty again. How generous. I think ill go somewhere else and I would highly recommend you do too. Stay away from this poorly run store and I hope places like this leave the town of Parker as it gives the local stores a bad name, Please consider all these negative reviews before you go to big-o in parker. Wow, I just had a great experience here today. I purchased tires here a while ago (more on that later) and, when I would get up to speed, the tires were wobbling and shaking the whole car so I stopped here thinking I could get it checked out and tires rotated for free at the same time. Balance, alignment and rotate for a total of $0! And, I was in and out of there in less than an hour. I bought tires here before and had a wonderful experience then too: I had one tire that had sidewall damage and was riding on the tiny donut spare tire. They didn't have the exact new tires that I wanted and I had to wait a couple days for them to arrive. They gave me a new tire to use for a few days for free while the new tires were shipped to the store. Bottom line: I've been very impressed the two different times I've been here and plan on coming back. read more

I went here on a Saturday and found they were closing - just before 4pm??? I asked for some details on a set of tires and the guy gave me a business card, said he was closing, and told me to call the number listed for a quote. I called and got another guy at the front counter - he informed me they were closing and could not help as well. In August my 1996 Volvo died on the highway. Ben, Jason and Crew all took care of getting my car back on the road.. After numerous trials they they always dropped everything to take a look at any concern I had with my Volvo and the work that they have done. They had my car about a month but replaced the engine that engine was defective. Ben personally drove up to Fort Collins to drive the new engine before he put it in my Volvo. (Dedication!) They installed not only a new engine but , hoses, heater core, and radiator and god knows what else it needed. They went above and beyond and replaced things other than the engine. Every single one of these employees helped me get back on the road. This is the best experience for a total resurrection of a vehicle anyone could ask for. These guys were fabulous! Instead of getting defensive, he used the opportunity to do a better job training his staff to help future customers. At the same time, made it right with me. Being new to Parker, I am still trying to figure out who to take my business to for my vehicle repair and maintenance. I have tried Firestone, Service Street with mixed feelings. None were terribly expensive or rude, but seemed to push additional services. With BIg O, I have taken two vehicles there and in both situations they were very helpful, fair on pricing and professional. My only complaint was the nitrogen add automatically added to a tire quote without talking to me about it first. I have worked with Ashley and Jason and both have been quite pleasant, knowledgeable and not pushy. When I had tires replaced on one car, one of the sensors stopped working. I explained to Jason that they were all working before I came in for tires and he replaced the faulty sensor free of charge. I have used Big O in my previous city and found them to be trustworthy, fair and willing to go above and beyond. I still need more experiences with the Parker store to say for sure that this group is the same way but so far I have been pleased. read more

I bought Big O brand truck tires a year ago with high expectations for traction and wear. I tow a 30'TT . After a year and 30k miles the tires are wore out. I took the truck into Big O in Parker and had Jeremy take a look. He worked out a generous warranty adjustment and allowed me to apply the adjustment to new Michelin tires. I hadn't been to Big O in years, but I decided to give them another try this week. I was pleasantly surprised! Ben greeted me immediately when I walked in the door, he got my car in the bay right away, and also arranged a ride to take me to work. I went to the Bio O in Parker, Colorado. I had a 3:00 appt for oil change and tire rotation. I had picked up a screw in one of the tires and had a slow leak. The person working on my truck never talked to me to let me know the tire was not repairable. The service writer finally came to me at 4:30 and told me the tire was not repairable and that the worker was going to put the spare on. I asked to have the tire put on and aired up so I could leave. 1 and 1/2 hours to do a 30 to 45 min job and then to not let me know there was a problem with the tire is not acceptable. read more

Most recently, I had put a new set of wheels from an older vehicle on a newer vehicle I just purchased which caused the TPMS system to freak out. I will not purchase tires from this store or any other Big O ever again. I purchased the road hazard warranty with my last set of tires less than a year ago. 23,000 miles on 40,000 mile tires and all four are nearly bald. I was told that this was past the "defect" period and that proration would be next to nothing. Not to mention that I would have to leave my vehicle for an undetermined amount of time "until they could get to it". They must not pay techs for tire repair. I thought the sign says "Big O Tires", not "Big O Tires when we feel like it". Oil changes must make them more money I guess. read more

After having my fuel pump replaced I have now come to notice that the "mechanic" working on it broke the cap and tried to piece it back together not notifying me of the issue. My wife has been going to Big O in Parker for 15 years for tires, oil changes, repairs - even long before we were married because she felt like she could trust them. I was skeptical that a tire store could be a good full-service shop and tried other shops around town. After a couple of bad experiences elsewhere, I eventually became a convert as well so now I won't go anywhere else for tires, oil changes, scheduled maintenance, alignments, repairs, or anything else. I know I can trust these guys to be honest and up-front with us, and they're willing to work with us to figure out what's really necessary and what can be deferred to save money in the short term. Of course, I have to admit sometimes I've deferred things that end up costing more to repair in the future or fail unexpectedly before I get around to it - but that only tells me that I should have heeded their advice sooner! read more

I had to get an inspection done on my car before Monday and on the Friday before at midnight I panicked that I wouldn't be able to get seen. I went onto Big O Tires website to request an appointment for Saturday (which was super easy to do) and by the time I woke up they approved my request and I was able to be seen. Before even going to the store, I was already happy with their fast service. As I arrived at the store, all of the staff (mat and his manager and another gentleman) greeted me and got right to helping me out and figuring out my needs. They took my car straight in and 25-30 minutes go by and Jeremiah comes out and says "were wrapping up with your car, looks good... and I would like to make a suggestion not that this is urgent but you might want to look into replacing your suspension... I am more than happy to print you out a quote so you and your family can go over it and decide whats best. This interaction may seem normal and professional (as it 100% was) but I have gone to a bunch of auto services companies and the staff seemed to not care and wanted to get the job done ASAP. After receiving the news my car was fully ready to go, I head over to Mat's computer stand and talked and walked me through the quote and gave me very helpful information. Every interaction I had today has been absolutely amazing. I usually don't write yelp review, but after the excellent impression they had left me, I took a look around the place and even went into the bathrooms. OMG I was so shocked! I have never seen a better clean, well maintained, waiting area and bathroom. The bathroom was updated and even was clean and I didn't feel gross using it. Worse experience ever, never go back. Went in for a Ball Joint and they wanted $4,500,00 for items never needing repair. Quote me for 4 new tires 2 tires replaced 1 week ago, others passed inspection since they are warranted. All brake rotors and pads that only have 10,000 miles on them. Give me a break Big O I wasn't there to get robbed just to replace the ball joint. The Big O in Broomfield treated me well last year and seen no other problems. Would of like to see the upper and lower arms that were replace, I doubt they needed it. What a joke business is gone from this poor judgment ripped off place. read more

Had a nail on my passenger side tire and needed to get fixed right away. I have never been to any Parker Car Service Paces but they were highly recommended by Grease Monkey by my house. (my car is a 2009). he quoted me $1000 when the car is breaking fine and all I needed was pads. I'm not naive and I'm not a fool. if you want tires done they're ok. Just bought new rubber for my supercharged XKR. Hard to find the right tires with 20" wheels and different sizes F & R (besides a 500hp 2 seater). I wanted a store that offers variety of manufacturers and was local since they pay taxes where I do. So rather than buying online, Terice not only ordered great tires but found a new model of what I was considering but didn't see online. I purchased some new wheels for my Jeep last month and needed a tire store to swap out my old ones. I got a verbal quote from Big O Tires and verbal quote from another tire store. The other store was a little less so I decided to go with them. Unfortunately the other company pulled a bait and switch on me so I came back to Big O who honored their verbal quote and did a great job. I have purchased 4 or 5 sets of tires here over the past 10 years for our 3 cars and Big O has always been competetively priced and easy to deal with. The only reason for dinging them a star is there was a little pressure for additional services but nothing a few "no thank you's" didn't fix. I'm in sales too so I understand you have to ask a few times to make sure you are understood. We've had the same mechanic for 10 years that we go to but have never hesitated on referring Big O for tires. read more

Brought my trailer to them to have the tires check to make sure they were in good condition. They said I needed all 4 tires replaced and lied to me that they were 9 yrs. old, when they were only 5 yrs. old. (Year of tire made is on tire) They also wanted to charge me $40 more than a competitor per tire. Went to a competitor and told them that I needed 4 new tires, I paid for them in full. They went to change out the tires, and came back to me and said the tires were just fine and refunded my money. Will NEVER go back here and will be sure to spread the word! read more
