I stopped by this morning at the big O at Happy Valley Rd., Joseph was very helpful and after only a half hour wait he got my car in and they discovered that I had acupuncture in my Michelin tire. Luckily, I purchased Michelin tires we have a puncture warranty and another half hour transpired. They had the tire repaired, and Joseph was there to let me know that there were no no charge as it was covered by the Michelin puncture proof warranty very satisfied with having worked with Joseph. When I made the appointment, they clearly stated the tires were in stock. However, once I arrived, they told me they had to transfer them from another location. I waited for two hours without a single update; it wasn't until I went up to ask that they told me the tires weren't available and tried to reschedule me for another day. Then, as I was leaving, they suddenly claimed the tires were in stock after all! It was a complete waste of my time. To make matters worse, during checkout, they tried to deny the 'Instant Savings' that were confirmed when I booked. I had to argue for a long time before they finally honored it. Even though there were clearly both 'Instant Savings' and 'Manufacturer Rebates' available, they kept insisting there weren't. The whole experience was unprofessional and left me with a very bad impression. read more

They damaged my new car. I just bought a car, took it for an inspection and oil change only to come back to negligent damage on the passenger fender and headlight. The kid who drove my car thought it was in reverse when it was in drive was the explanation that's after they tried to say "brake malfunction" sure nice try I guess. I was not impressed with this place. I felt dismissed when I arrived - the guy at the front desk called someone about payroll and then answered another phone call while I was standing in front of him trying to check in. They suggested a lot of work that I immediately got a second opinion on and none of it was necessary. Pickup was similar, no one showed me where my car was, plastic was left on my seat. I was happy with the $50 oil change coupon but I'm not interested in going back again. Had a coupon, asked what was included. Oil change and tire rotation. When getting ready to pay, I asked if the tires were rotated. The service adviser asked his mechanic, Nathan, and he said yes. I looked at my tires and they were not rotated. I asked again to speak to a manager and was told he was in a meeting. The service advisor did seem interested and blew me off about the tires. I will not be going back because they are not truthful and lied about tire rotation. What else is mechanic lying about????? read more

I now understand why they didn't bleed the rear brake calipers and the owner agreed with me that it would have been better if the service writer had informed me upfront that they couldn't bleed the rear brake calipers because of the electronic parking brake on my vehicle. read more

My son bought his tires there. For the past 10 days his tires have been losing 12 psi per day. After waiting for three hours to get the problem resolved, he was told there was no nail and there was nothing wrong. They rotated his tires and sent him home. No resolution. Basically implied he was a liar. What difference is one day going to make? It has been leaking for 10 days and doing nothing is going to make it stop, so he can sit there for 3 more hours. Car repair is never fun and the person helping you can't always do anything about the price, but it's about the care that they put into it. Big O tire has exceeded my expectations. I actually ended up meeting a car battery about two weeks later. Was getting alot of noise by passenger front tire, stop at BigO, a short wait, they took a picture, the control arms, the bushings that hold the arms to my car, were rotted out, all of them, front and back, parts were ordered, left my car with BigO, the vehicle was finished the next day. This past week, I noticed a bad smell from the front of my car. I opened my hood and checked with a flashlight but didn't see anything. I looked under my car, in the wheel wells, etc. Still no sign of an animal or feathers. I called BigO, my local car repair and tire company on Happy Valley and 19th Ave. I spoke to Cal and he said to come by in the AM and Logan would take care of me. I call in the morning and they have an open bay so I drive down. Logan greets me and gets Issac to put my car on a lift. We look everywhere. Nothing. They remove a couple of plastic compartments where something may have crawled up into. Still nothing. They remove my in cabin filter, and look in the front towards my radiator. Still nothing, but they can all smell it. Finally, Shane peeks under a small opening near my bumper and discovers a dead Quail. Issac pulls it out and disposes of it. He then uses a high pressure air hose to clean any remaining parts of the bird. All in all, they took about 30 minutes. I went in the office and asked Logan if I could pay for their time. He said "No", you are a valued customer and we were happy to help. BTW, did I mention that they also topped off my coolant? I tipped both Issac and Shane. I feel extremely grateful to have a neighborhood auto repair place where they treat you like a neighbor. Not just trying to make a buck. Kudos to the entire staff and management. read more

I've been going to this location for years without a problem until recently when I took them my jeep tire and wheel for a puncture repair. They scratched my wheel and tried to hide it and denied it when I pointed it out. Once they finally admitted it, they sent it to Express repair. Almost 2 weeks later they called me to come pick it up. When I arrived, they showed me how they scratched it again. After many calls they finally told me to pick it up. I showed them how the wheel was now shinny and these are Fuel Beast Matte black wheels. They made the repair company try to fix the issue. Now the wheel's sheen is too flat. I asked them to just replace the $331 wheel, and they refused. There reason is that they already paid the repair company $400. Now I'm forced to find another tire shop. read more

Been to this shop many times for repairs and rotation. Came to them to order tire and have them mounted, balanced and an alignment done. It was agreed to be there at the shop at 9am to perform work. I traveled 2 hours to them because I trust them from previous encounters. We check in at 9 hand the keys over. We waited 3 1/2 hours. Truck never moved. Once it did move they said they didn't have the right socket. You'd expect a tire shop to have tools needed to remove tires to service. All we got was "that's my bad". No compensation for time loss and waiting around. read more

I came in on a flat tire. I could literally hear the air rushing out! They said it would be a 2-3 hour wait. And all this would have to happen on a day I was running late to an appointment!! The man at the front desk so was so helpful and kind, and said he would see what he could do for me to get me in as soon as possible. They were unable to repair the tire, but had just one the right size left in stock! 3 years ago when we got all new tires in CO, we also got warranty on them! So it only cost around $44 for my new tire and for labor! The man said he would be a 2-3 hour wait, well he got me out of there with an hour and a half!! Got a screw in my front tire , went in to have them patch it , they were gonna charge me $30 , guy goes outside looks at my tire and says we can't patch that and I don't have any tires in stock your size so I can put your spare on for you and order you a new tire for $190. Went around the corner to discount tire cause they did have my tire in stock and the guy looked at it and said I think we can fix this but let me take a closer look and I'll let you know , 40 min later my tire was fixed and there was NO CHARGE !!!!
