I recently had an extremely disappointing interaction with Andrew, a customer service representative, whose behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply offensive. From the moment I engaged with him, his tone was dismissive, condescending, and outright nasty. He showed no interest in resolving my issue and instead made the experience unnecessarily hostile. What stood out most was the clear difference in how Andrew treated me compared to other (non-brown) customers nearby. His attitude shifted noticeably-interrupting me, refusing to listen, and even making backhanded remarks that felt racially charged. As a brown person, l've unfortunately encountered this kind of subtle discrimination before, and Andrew's behavior fit that pattern. Whether intentional or not, his actions left me feeling humiliated and singled out because of my skin color. Customer service should be inclusive and respectful, but Andrew failed on every level. I urge the company to address this issue, provide better training on bias and professionalism, and ensure no one else has to endure such treatment. I won't be returning unless serious changes are made. Advice to Management: Investigate this interaction, retrain staff on anti-discrimination policies, and foster a welcoming environment for *all* customers. read more

Bought tires last year from them and have nothing but problems with them.. my tires need to be filled once a month. I have called about this issue several times. They say it's must be weather changes. I have never had this problem even when I live in Colorado (real weather changes) with discount tires. They cross threaded my lug nuts and called it normal Wear and tear. Charging me to fix them. I am very limited on which locations I can actually go to. No location seems to have my information In the system. So I have to glue the receipt to my wallet to never lose it otherwise I would probably receive even worse service then I have already do. I was in the market for new tires for my Jeep Wrangler and Brandon at this location was a big help. Other places will try to sell you on bigger and better tires where Brandon was specific to what' was best for my vehicle (ie- keeping my speedometer accurate, steering ratio, tires not rubbing,etc). I was a little concerned with how they would look and he was willing to order me 2 sets to see which tire would look best and even mount 1 to have a visual, all of which his team did. This Branch of Big O'tire 4702 E Thunderbird is deceitful and their manager is an right liar and scram. They pretend to be nice to get your money and if your lady and you don't know in and out they would deceive you and add stuff that you don't need and charge you or suggest there credit line. Anyways these people put their new tires on a damage wheel bearing just so I can buy their tires considering all I needed was the struts and the CV axel done but just to add more money into their pockets. Very Very deceitful company. Don't go here. read more

Amazing experience here! Quick, thorough, and straight to the point which isn't always the case when working with a car. I highly recommend this location Jack was extremely helpful and friendly, he let me know exactly what needed to be done so that we would be driving away safely! He kept me updated on the progress the whole time while we waited. Out the door with 4 new tires and a few small repairs without breaking the bank. We will be back ( hopefully not too soon!) I went to this place before when Mark was the previous owner and the service and prices were very reasonable. I went there today and there is a new owner and they wanted to charge me $75 to change a front headlight bulb, I couldn't believe my ears. I went to another shop and they only charged me $20 to change the same bulb which is what it should cost. These new owners are not going to last if they continue to over charge people. read more

Went in first time for an oil change and was told all my motor mounts were falling out of the car. They quoted me $4400 and warned me that I needed this. I watched their sales tactics with another customer they were very aggressive with her telling her her wheels were going to fall off essentially. Big O has lost me as a customer. these dishonest practices need to be corrected by corporate. read more

This is a great shop with fantastic service. Mike is trustworthy and informative. In a world with so many choices for consumers, I am glad I ended up here. So pissed! I schedule an appointment, get a quote on a specific tire and show up 8 a.m. on Saturday and they tell me they don't have them. No apology, no matching on a similar tire, NOTHING! Never again! read more
