Don't walk in thinking you're going to negotiate anything, even with a pre approval they will unnecessarily run your credit without permission and sell you a car and lie about the integrity of the vehicle itself. For example, I asked specifically about the tires to which I was told were "practically new with no issue " and since the tread looked good I believed them. Less than a year later I come to get a patch done due to a nail and Discount tire lets me know someone did "jacked up the last patch that was done" which is now going to cost me well over $200. Considering my vehicle is practically new to my understanding I'm confused and ask to see. WHY DID THIS DEALER SELL ME A CAR WITH PATCHED UP TIRES??????????? Annoyed is an understatement. I was looking to purchase another Honda soon and can 100% guarantee I will NOT be back or referring any more business here.

He then walked me to the office to have a seat & wait. When he came back he informed me that the low tire light was on. He checked all the air in my tires, & filled the low one. The light is off. The rear bumper wasn't even installed correctly. The passenger door doesn't even open right it has a gap so bad you can put a dime in between. You have to push it hard in order for it to open. I was gonna hire an attorney and sue them, but they're not worth my time. Alvaro the owner is a piece of shit. He told me that if I wanted tongo to court let's do it. I told him that i wanted him to pay for the repairs that were gonna have to be done at another shop(because his shop sucked) and he said he'd rather spend $5,000 hiring an attorney than to have to pay $2,000+- to make it right. He wasn't a bad guy wasn't rude or anything. But he gave off the typical used car salesman aura that we all hate. He did everything in his power to get my business except offer me a fair trade-in price.... fast forward 15 minutes after leaving Carvana offered me $28,000. I left my keys with him and within a week, he contacted me to come get it because they were done already. Matter of fact, on the first day, within hours of dropping my bike off, he sent me pics of them already taking the panels off and sanding them down! They move quick!!! I absolutely loved the color that it was painted to. The first color of when I bought the bike from another chick was this baby pink/light pink color. When they repainted it, it came out to more of q hot pink color which is more my color! I loved it when I went to pick it up! Talk about a color difference!!! He fixed up some extras as well & did not change some stuff that I wanted to keep! Overall this place was AWESOME! Great prices, super quick turnaround time.
