I came in to have a low tire looked at. I have road hazard warranty. My car was the only car in the garage. A few minutes later three other vehicles came through. The 2nd car had two tires removed, repaired and was on its way out. As I watch them work/ the employees kept checking their cell phones and responding and texting. I waited for over an hour for them to simply put in a patch/plug to one tire. I seriously think millennials have become the laziest generation of all time. There was no sense of urgency or taking consideration as to how long a customer waits got a 10-15 minute task. I should have gotten my tires elsewhere. Topnotch quality service from Andrew and his guys. Today was the day I needed to change my tires after more than 60k miles of drives on my Constinentals. Andrew and I picked the best replacement that covers up to 70k-mile warranty. It was from Pirelli. I also have a 5yr wheel alignment plan with Big O that was transferred from my previous to my current vehicle. That itself is amazing. Andrew himself also personally made sure that topnotch service was done with my needed oil change. I actually visited the store last Friday and Andrew made sure everything would be ready for today's service especially making sure the Pirelli tires were available. I personally feel that the best total pricing was made possible by the Big O. I am happy with what I spent. Store was clean and orderly. The ambience was great in the waiting area where I was able to do a couple of tasks including some computer work on my laptop. I'm blessed to have Andrew's shop actually near home. Truly convenient for travel. This IS a highly-recommended Big O. Kudos to Andrew and his team for a job well done. Godbless. read more

I've been bringing my car here since it was NTB. The previous manager that was here made sure the work was quality and in time at a reasonable price. Since Big O has taken over and he has left it has gone down. I needed to get on the road today (day before thanksgiving) brought my car in at 9 am because battery light became on. They ran diagnostics and said my alternator and battery were dying. It's quite possible as my car has 240k miles. However, they were given the go ahead at 10 am and here it is 626pm and I am still waiting on my car. The staff seem annoyed that I keep following up on my car every hour or so. I will be moving in to somewhere else! Such a shame since this place is so close to my job. read more

I made an appointment to get a set of tires on 3/1. The appointment was for 3/9 at 9:00 a.m. I arrived a little early and got checked in only to find out that the tires that I ordered according to the confirmed email I received from them were not available. He then told me he could get the tires in about an hour. I asked why they didn't have them on site already being though as I had an appointment with the brand I wanted to purchase. I got a shoulder shrug and a "oh we probably sold them" response. Needless to say, I left. I don't like wasting people's time and I definitely don't like to have my time wasted. He didn't seem the slightest bit apologetic either. They will never get my money. read more

Worst experience ever. Total incompetence Paid 66.70 for what amounted to was a basic "all synthetic oil change" promised balanced and rotation but they did not do because of suspected "alignment" issue, on a 2017 Toyota Camry (arguably one of the most reliable cars on the planet) with only 25,928 miles what a bunch of ripoff artists in training. I should have gone to Walmart and saved at least 25 dollars. Stay away from these guys. read more

My father had his fuel filter on his truck replaced at this location and they did ot put the new filter on correctly. So a few days later he reaized that he was leaking diesel from the fuel filter. We called them and they told ua to bring the truck back and they would get it right in, but thats not what happened. We got there and they told us there mechanic would be back from lunch in 5 to 10 minutes but would start on it and it should only take about 15 minutes. So we walked to a local restaurant and got some lunch and returned 45 minutes later to discover they had not even started on the truck. They claimed one of the mechanics did not return from lunch. read more

Had an emergency tire situation while out of town found bubba at Big O tire they saved us big time!

I came to this location earlier today after visiting with my parents my tire was low and had been losing air several times so I stopped to have it looked at. I was not expecting them to not charge me but that's exactly what happened. They fixed my tire, it had a nail in it. I really like coming here. Always nice and professional. I had the oil changed in my van here as well. I recommend this place. They do great work. read more

Came in for a oil change and had a coupon from group on. No one at the front desk for 10 minutes. Ended up getting a tire rotation and a multi point inspection for free. The gentleman that helped me also suggested an air filter for $25, which i purchased since my vehicle needed it. read more

I'm a dealer, I take all my vehicles to this place to get an oil change done and so on. They're very attentive and honest. I've dealt with Rick and Brandon those are really good guys they help you understand repairs that need to be done on the car very knowledgeable. I've never had a bad experience here ever since new management took over it's been a pleasant to work with these guys. Definitely recommended for service. read more

i can not believe this establishment is run so poorly. not only were they not so honest but tried to swindle me out of money for work not needed. on top of that their employees do not know that when you do a tire rotation make sure you look at the size of the tires. since sport vehicles have wider tires on the back than front you do not reverse them when they are rotated. someone needs some education on vehicles bad. this could have been catastrophic if i did not notice their mistake for them, read more
