They even chewed some of my belongings... not weather proof! There was wet concrete and mold under a lot of my bins... I have brought all these concerns to the attention of management and they said they will be handling the problem! But just be vigilant of your stuff... Would probably be a good idea to check your unit once a week or so and let management know as soon as you see an issue. Everyone who works here is super nice and helpful!

She did all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. She took all the pictures and gave us the keys. In and out in about 10-15 minutes. Truck return took even less time. When we unloaded a mattress we noticed that the inside of the truck was pretty dusty and dirty. You might sweep it before loading if that will affect your load. Highly recommended.

DO NOT RENT UHAUL THROUGH THEM. I rented a uhaul for a 2pm pickup time and arrived at 1:50pm. Next problem is when I got into the truck the trucks gas meter was nearly on E! I finished moving furniture and returned the truck 1hr earlier than the return time. The worker was out front and when I parked I asked him do you want me to drive it in or will you do it? He said "I got you brother" and he drove it in and I drove away to continue my move. Guess what? "They lost the key" for three days. I was called by uhaul themselves asking where the key was! I'm like what? The worker drove the truck in himself, check the cameras. It was confirmed that he did. I did not receive my final bill until the 4th day which was another inconvenience because they took $100 as a deposit. It was all unprofessional, absolutely an inconvenience and I only got half my money back. The manager was great and that's why I'm giving 1 star but past that terrible experience. Use uhaul elsewhere.
