Actually, probably the worst Boba place I've ever been to. Mostly because the kids there are really rude --- how do they have jobs where they have to serve other human beings? Also, the boba was really hard. They didn't cook it long enough. $4.49 before tax means you should get your boba right. Maybe even smile once. Say please and thank you. Workers here are RIDICULOUS. The other day, 3 girls are behind the counter, sitting on stools, playing with their phones. I walk up and then all of a sudden they're cleaning/restocking. The bubble tea is okay here, nothing too special, and the service I received wasn't the best. The cashier that rang me up was friendly and had a beautiful smile, however, when I got the the pick up side, the girl that was making my bubble tea straight up glared at me. Okay, not the best first impression on her. Then, when my friend and I got our order, we ordered one drink with no topping(we got three drinks total). The girl pulled out the bucket of big straws from behind the counter, i reached to grab three straws and she said," you only need two, there are smaller straws here." Which I find was super rude. Uh... I don't need you to tell me what straw I prefer with my drink. One last thing that bothered me was her hair was down... Yeah, she was making my drinks with her hair down! I asked for black tea no sugar. They gave me full sweeten black tea.. I said can I have no sugar please? She she said what about half sweet? I said no sugar.. Then she said we are running low on black tea.. so i guess she wanted to poor half out or something. So i asked for green tea no sugar.. fine! She asked if I wanted ice and I said yes then gives me no ice... I may be sweet but doesn't mean I like sugar all the time.. how hard is to get cold plain tea no sugar.. Exactly iced black tea? They are still terrible. I stopped by a year later and they still don't have the tapioca boba ready( no joke). They also took forever to take my order(which they got wrong) and I had enough time to walk over to another restaurant in the food court and order food and find a table for my wife and I. So disappointed and the business owner should listen up. Arrived on 12/29/2012 at 8:30 PM and was told there was no fresh juice available! I asked why and they said they already washed the juicer. Lazy kids behind the counter just trying to get off work on the dot creating a loss of sales for the business! Its a little spendy and they dont have Avocado boba shakes. I ordered a taro boba shake the other day and it hit the spot. Just the right amount of ice,milk and boba. Okay bubble tea. Got the strawberry mango fruit smoothie bubble tea with tapioca. I wish they had the larger sized boba and it was not very soft and chewy. Tasted tough. Also got the strawberry banana fruit smoothie without anything added. Too sweet. If you just want bubble tea I suppose it's okay but nothing to blow your socks off. read more

Rude staff, didn't tell us something wasn't available as a slush. Circled the tip line on the receipt. One tea was watered down really bad and the black milk tea was nothing but iced milk and watered down milk at that. First cup on one tea was leaking and when we asked them to fix it got an attitude as they took it back. Never going back or recommending them. Extremely disappointed in my almond milk tea and the worker handled the situation poorly. If my almond milk tea tastes like water And you can not do anything about it? This is the first negative yelp review I've ever wrote. This place is absolute garbage. I just ordered a green tea ice cream bubble tea. It wasn't green at all, more of a cream color and it had no taste. It tasted like they grounded up ice with milk and put boba in it. There was an obvious mistake in the making of this drink that was 6.20. I went up to the two young girls manning this station and told them the problem. They looked at me like I was crazy and said that I would have to pay for another drink. I turned around and put it straight into the trash. Customer service here is an obvious issue. I doubt these two got any customer service training. What is very short sighted is that refunding me or giving me another drink because the one I got was not made properly is a small price to pay vs the amount of business they will lose because of poor yelp reviews. If you are the owner of this business, this happened at 7pm on 5/2/2019. The two employees you have here need to be retrained. read more

Every single time I come here I get great customer service. This is one of the only places I get to have vanilla bubble tea. Which is amazing. The tapioca balls were delicious and had a perfect amount of bite to them, and my girlfriend's almond bubble tea was well prepared and didn't have any of the gritiness that sometimes is present at other bubble tea places.
