We stopped by on a Saturday night, and there was a small line to order. There are only two people working there, so it will take some time to get your drinks. They have a large selection of different teas and slushes, but the best one was the real fruit slush (we got the strawberry and banana one). I was in a crunch and I didn't know any places nearby that offer bubble, so I took a chance on this place. It's kinda lame. The drink packages are incredibly limiting and atypical to be off putting. For example, they couldn't do a Lynchee Milk Tea with Lychee Jelly since, one, they believe it tastes weird, and two, they don't have Lychee jelly, which is fine. I stuck with the old Taro Milk Tea combo and had to settle for a ice shake since that's the only way I could get it. Not a bad combo, mind you, but it's kinda odd not to have even the option. My girlfriend and I love this place. Every flavor we tried so far was delicious. They also have Bubble tea ice cream! Loved it!!!

The mango slush with tapioca is really good here but they are a bit pricey. $4.94 with tax.

Wasn't that hungry so went for a smoothie. The guy ahead did not have any idea what he wanted which was a drag. The woman working handled it well. The smoothie was really good (straw+banana+blueberry). They need stronger cups because the one they have feel flimsy. read more

I've been here about 15 times because I'm so addicted to the bubble tea BUT the service is absolutely horrible. Out of those 15 times, there's only been ONE time where I felt that the girl wasn't totally rude. I really hope management can re-train their girls and give them better tips on customer service. I haven't logged on to yelp in awhile but I felt the need to today. Never had an issue with this place before. It's basic boba that's close by and satisfies the craving. Unfortunately the two young women running the joint today were extremely rude. I placed my order and when I got my order it was wrong. Even after I had repeated to the employee at the register what I wanted and what went into their own drink (since she didn't know what went into a drink they had plastered on their menu) and even repeated twice I wanted the order with boba she still managed to get the order wrong. When I pointed it out she argued with me. She said she didn't charge me for the boba anyways. When I said I still wanted what I ordered and asked for the boba to be added and to just recharge my card me she wouldn't . She then told me no one orders boba with the type of drink I ordered. Who says that!?! I ordered it so I obviously wanted it. Her co-worker thinking I had already walked away and left was snickering. Yeah...I saw that! I think the owner(s) need to have a chat with their employees. 2 stars because the drinks aren't bad...just terrible customer service. read more

I came here with 10 people (my pack of cousins) and ordered first. It was Japanese Green Milk Tea and they skipped my order (aka lost in the abyss) and I had to wait for 10 minutes until I requested it again. All the employees seemed annoyed as the whole group and I ordered our drinks. One of the employees that were off duty came in while these drinks were being made and decided to intervene between our big order and just make herself and her friend drinks without waiting until the other employees finished our and the customers' orders behind us. Also, the prices are a bit steep for bubble tea. I know several places that are cheaper and better quality (Oasis) and places that charge more or less the same but you can actually taste the tea in the drink (Young Tea). Disappointment and unprofessionalism all around. I only came here because the rest of the group was really craving bubble tea and well... lesson learned. read more

Im a regular to this place and i love their milk teas but these last couple of time really made me mad. I had to wait in line for 30min+ for them to even take my order. They cant seem to make the drinks and take orders at the same time. They just have to keep us all waiting in line, losing many customers in the process. And now they lost one more. Me. Something really needs to be done about how they run the place or im not coming back! They also need to fix the problem of them always running out of tapioca. They should always have enough to get through the day. Idk who is managing this place but he/she should be fired. I hope something will be done about this read more

I had gone here because I heard it was great from a friend. My wife and I both got teas and she really enjoyed hers. My experiences was killed by the fact that their juicer had fruit flies all over it. I kind of shrugged it off because of the fact that it was enclosed and they have a ton of fruit at the stand so it would only be natural to have some around. But after I got home to enjoy my tea I noticed there were 4 fruit flies IN my tea. There should be NO reason to have bugs in your product. I won't be going back which is a shame because they seemed really nice and I had heard good things. read more

This place is actually good. Much better than the other bubble tea place in the mall. I prefer oasis though, but if the one in Renton is closed & I don't want to go all the way to Chinatown I'll settle for this place. It is pricey though. The pink lady was delicious. They also can mix in ice cream. We added vanilla ice cream to taro, but the vanilla overpowered the taro. Overall I'd come back. read more

Came here and ordered the strawberry bubble milk tea w/ extra boba for $5. Overall: expensive, tasty, good boba, and weak tea. The prices for bubble milk tea are way too high for the amount of bubble tea you get after the bottom's been filled up with ice. Size is limited to one regular size. The boba itself was decent but a bit chewy. The strawberry milk tea was pretty tasty and not too sweet. However I couldn't really taste the tea through the sweetness of the syrup. Probably my biggest complaint is that with all the ice on the bottom of the cup I couldn't finish the boba once I had finished the tea. read more

This place really does make the best bubble tea in Seattle. The original milk tea with boba is just the right level of sweetness. The tapioca is NEVER bad here. It is always slightly sweet and very chewy. I like tapioca that is a little sweet. The milk tea is always shaken up to get the right amount of milkyness, just the way I like it.
