This is my second experience with Big Orange Plumbing. Unrelated issues on each visit. Very impressed with this company especially being sent by a home warranty company. Nate is very helpful and informative regarding any plumbing related issues and questions. First time he fixed a wax ring on the toilet. This second time he cleared a clogged drain and will be replacing two cartridges that were causing an annoying drip from my faucet. I had unusual problems with my my bathtub drains and shower faucets. Several plumbers from different companies were sent out by Old Republic to assess the problems, but there solutions were too costly, not covered, or I was given misinformation. I had given up hope. Fortunately, Old Republic sent another plumber to assess the problems. They sent Dean, from Big Orange Plumbing. He was very timely, knowledgeable , professional, and a hard worker. He explained the causes of my problems and gave accurate solutions that were not financially outrageous. He made all of the repairs in a very efficient manner. I believe it was Nate that the home warranty sent to fix the stoppage. We own a mobile home, there is a kitchen sink, laundry room and shower. Well trying to make a long story short he rooter rooted the shower where the guck comes up and said he could not fix it he could not go on roof he said we had to have it hydro jetted. Come to find out from reputable plumber that I hired came and said Orange Plumbing should have run the rooter in the kitchen. It did not need anything but a GOOD plumber not Hydro-jetting. Also, my warranty AHS does not cover hydrojjetting either. This is a horrible way to treat senior citizens and veterans!!! read more

After a horrible experience with a different plumber sent by the home warranty company, Big Orange was amazing to work with. I had been without hot water for almost 4 days due to the first plumber being completely incompetent and not returning my calls. We had to work with our home warranty company to repair a whirlpool tub. Initially, a plumber was sent out and the quote we got was much higher than we had anticipated for repairs. We went back and forth with the warranty company for some time until they agreed to send out a second plumber. The second plumber we got was Nate. Man were we happy. Nate was on time and his professionalism, knowledge, and ability to explain the problem / fix simply was exceptional. Not only that but he was able to save us hundreds of dollars on the whirlpool tub repair. We were so pleased with his work that we hired him for a separate issue with a valve that wouldn't close.
