I understand it's a busy day getting into Woodbury Commons, but we didn't receive our food until 6:30 PM -- after my tenth phone call following up. That alone was unacceptable. What we received was the complete opposite:    *   No assortment at all -- just basic turkey, ham, and cheese.    *   Everything was drenched in mayonnaise (no mustard or mayo packets on the side as ordered).    *   No wraps, no variety, nothing we paid for.    *   The sandwiches were simply cut in half and thrown into a tray -- no presentation, nothing. We paid $100 and got absolutely nothing close to what we ordered. The food was horrendous and completely ruined our expectation for a large order on a very busy day. We also ran out of drinks during our meal and had difficulty getting refills. The food was just okay, but the biggest disappointment was the portion size. The servings were very small, especially considering the full menu prices. While the presentation was nice, the quality and quantity simply didn't justify the cost. Overall, it was a pleasant trip down memory lane because of my history with the original location, but nostalgia alone isn't enough to bring me back. Based on the food quality, portion sizes, and service, I don't plan to return.
