It was clogged with calcium that they couldn't fully removed so we decide to go for a new toilet. When they took the old one out the seals in the floor were all rusted out. And the pipe in the floor was a mess so they had to replace that too. And once the toilets were done, they installed bidet attachments for us. They finished up around 2pm. In other words, everything I was told to justify a $5,000 job was false. I'll let readers draw their own conclusions about what happened here. What I do know is: get a second opinion before you sign anything with this company, especially if you're being told something needs to be replaced "ASAP." Feels like elder abuse and / or gender discrimination to me.

That was ridiculous, toilets seldom go "bad", it is the fill and dump valves that need to be replaced. I fixed the flapper valve assembly myself for about $12.
