Unfortunately, it was often difficult for others to fully understand our vision, and many things were not completed the way we had hoped.
Eventually, we decided it was time to find one company that could bring our entire backyard dream to life. We interviewed four different companies, and Kiko immediately stood out from the rest. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but from day one he was genuinely excited about the transformation process. Whenever unexpected situations came up, he always kept us informed and worked with us to find the best solution. One thing we especially loved about this company is that they have an amazing team behind the scenes specializing in every aspect of the project.
At the beginning of the process, we had so many ideas floating around, and Aya, their architect, helped bring everything together beautifully. I sent her my inspiration photos, and she created a 3D rendering of our backyard that truly helped everyone visualize the final result. Kiko and Aya even came to our home to present the design, and they made changes in real time until we were genuinely happy with the plan. Even after that initial meeting, our design evolved many times, and Kiko was always patient, receptive, and attentive to all of our comments and concerns.
He even made sure to preserve several of our trees and carefully relocate my banana and lime trees that I love so much. That level of care and attention meant a lot to us.
Our entire backyard renovation including demolition, pool construction, inspections, and everything in between was estimated to take about six months, but the project was completed much faster than expected. His team worked so efficiently, and we were consistently impressed by their dedication and work ethic. My husband and I even went away on a two-week vacation during construction, and Kiko made sure our home was taken care of while we were gone. There were even times we would message him late at night fully expecting a response the next morning, but he would still reply.
Daisy, Juan, and the rest of the hardworking crew who were part of the main construction process were also incredible to work with. Every person on the team was kind, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality work. The craftsmanship and overall quality this company provides truly is the best of the best.
Completing this renovation has been one of the biggest upgrades we've ever made to our home, and my husband and I are beyond grateful to Kiko and his entire team for taking such great care of us throughout the process. Our backyard has become a beautiful oasis where we can relax and recharge after stressful weeks, and even our piggies love their new home too!
