It's a toss up between this store and Mansfield. I had expressed interest in a Generac. I needed…read morean estimate and I guess Marion was assigned. I was to be contacted within a couple of days. NOPE. I waited about 10 to 14 days and then submitted a second request. Luckily this time Casey was assigned our request. We made the appointment, Casey was on time and gave us much needed information and his recommendation. My neighbor, who has a similarly sized house, was recommended a 14. We were recommended either 18 or 22. Why the difference? Casey felt our neighbor could run essential things but certainly not air conditioning. Our neighbor spent over $10,000 at Marion Lowes. We went for the larger generator at just under $8,722 all in. Our neighbor had to wait a while and then the installers determined his unit was defective and they had to wait even more weeks. Ours came in reasonably soon and here is where I have a problem with Lowes. We got a notice saying it was being delivered so we cancelled our plans. No generator. Lowes customer service was useless. Hey, I am not hanging around the house for a delivery that isn't coming. Eventually WE put 2 and 2 together. Seems protocol with the company Lowes chose for our installation, CRT, requests the generator be delivered to them first. CRT checks it out and then CRT schedules delivery. No problems with CRT. As a matter of fact, I would either buy directly from them or go the Costco route and have CRT do the installation. Why couldn't anyone at Lowes clue us in. No one there had a clue. We were not even told the name of the installing company. Good deceive work led us to CRT by process of elimination. CRT has terrific communication. We were told to expect an email to rate the process. Nope. So consider this my rating and the only reason I gave them a 2 was because their estimater was competent. Otherwise, I give them a negative 2.

Walking but yet I walked past at least nine people in the area where I was at. I'm walking up and down aisles looking for what I was meeting. Did anybody help? Did anybody say damn thing to me no!!! this place is just a joke. All they want is your money they don't wanna help you. They don't wanna do nothing. The place was in a shambles crap everywhere. I had to go around stuff to go down aisles something that should've took me about 15 to 20 minutes ended up over an hour and a half!! because nobody wants to help you a woman walk right up beside me and almost ran into me because she was on her phone. She worked there nothing not can I help you you smell? Did you fart anything? The man from here is even worse! Make it better common sense courtesy for your disabled veterans disabled people people wheelchairs walkers you know help us out a little bit more help out anybody unless you're spending a shit ton of money they won't talk to you guarantee you won't be back for another couple years we have a Menards right now in the street. It was just a longer walk for me to get what I needed should've went there. We believed we would get better service than if we purchased thru a store. WRONG!!! This has proven to be a big mistake. There's been multiple issues with this refrigerator since we received it. They had parts for each of the issues replaced I will give them that. Unfortunately, the issue with the water draining from the ice maker and ice wedged in the trap door isn't fixed. They delivered the refrigerator with a dent on the inside and parts that were reused And foam insulation coming out of places it wasn't supposed to be in to start with. There's not much quality control from what we've found with our refrigerator. ANYTHING TO MAKE MONEY AND NOT TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS AFTER THE SALE!

TLDR: Whirlpool Inside Pass may look like a good deal on paper, but what you're really signing up…read morefor is weeks of wasted time, empty promises, and a company that can't even honor its own words. If I could do it over, I'd go with Best Buy or Home Depot, where customer service doesn't feel like a sketch comedy routine. I ordered four large appliances through Whirlpool Inside Pass on May 22, with all items marked as in stock and an estimated delivery date of May 29. I received no updates or communication, yet planned my schedule around the delivery. The appliances never arrived. What followed was four weeks of delays, misinformation, and runaround. Each time I contacted customer service, I was given a new delivery date--June 3, June 6, June 10, June 11, June 12, and so on. I repeatedly asked if a single item was holding up the order and offered to remove it. The answer was always "No, your order is still processing." Eventually, I learned that every rep I spoke with had misled me--the order was never ready to ship because one appliance was still being built on the assembly line. To "make things right," Whirlpool offered me $439 off the order. I accepted. After all, that felt like a fair gesture considering the massive inconvenience. Then came the punchline: in a follow-up chat, I was told they actually meant $43.90. Not $439--just one-tenth of that. But don't worry, after a 20-minute phone call, they generously bumped it up to $63--because nothing says "customer appreciation" like haggling over your own written offer. In total, I spent nearly a month without appliances, including multiple weekends at the laundromat (at $30 total), taking time off work, and rearranging my schedule for deliveries that never showed up. The appliances finally arrived on June 23, almost a full month late. At this point, the entire experience felt like a poorly written sitcom--but I was the only one not laughing.
