We don't have internal IT, and the person who was doing our IT has retired. We had been told Supertech was the place to turn. We were told wrong, and that was clear in the first minutes of conversation. NO ONE. NO ONE likes being hanged up on mid-sentence. I was asking a question and the person who answered the phone hanged up on me after telling me they didn't have the RAM I was seeking. I also needed SSD's for all 9 computers. Perhaps the owner could have *listened* and perhaps asked a question before blowing off another business that spends steep on hardware for our work in the survey and drone industry. We *try* to buy local and access local services, but with this sort of dismissal, we'll go out of our way to avoid them. Shortly after I left this review, the business tracked me down and began harassing me over text (They had my number from Caller ID) Definitely a place to avoid. Passive aggressive reeks from this place. NO ONE. NO ONE likes being hanged up on mid-sentence. Under any circumstances. Another dealer in Henderson was thorough, asking all the right questions, and although they don't take tradeins on RAM (We have 300GB of RAM to trade-in towards 600GB of RAM) they helped us find a place who does buy RAM, and they have ordered the 9 sets of Crucial 64GB. Went in to have my phone replaced the bad screen on Samsung galaxy z flip a second week of March…read more2026. I paid over $300 for this service. The phone was working great, I was happy with the work for 2.5 weeks up until yesterday(April 2) I noticed the black line screen damaged and went back to ask the technician if the work guaranteed or warranty for 30 days at least? They replied that can replace another screen with $100 discount which required another new screen put on for another $300 something. They were kind enough to gave me an iPhone charger for free and suggested I should just bring out my old iPhone 7 to use if I didn't repair my phone this time as my alternative. With this economy and specially money didn't grow out of the tree. It's a no-no for me to spend another $300 in less than a month would you? If you want to get anything repaired from this place. Please have it in writing for how long they will warranty their work. Or just put a bandage or a duct tape on it might be smarter move than me.
