Francisco not only tried to help me figure out what was wrong with the truck, he also called my driver and walked him through how to manually pull up the codes from the dash to attempt to diagnose the problem at no charge. We exchanged several phone calls and he went to great lengths to assist us and was very helpful and knowledgeable, even after he knew that we were not going to be needing his services in West Wendover and decided to have the truck towed back to Sparks, NV.
