Did my freshly painted wall and ceiling get a little scuffed up? Yes, but something is always going to get a little banged up during a move, that's just reality. David in the office told me what to expect when I booked and answered all my questions: it all went exactly as he said it would. I paid a simple hourly fee for the labor, and a flat fee for the junk removal of the old units. No hidden costs. Richard was the team lead, and his experience was clear; they arrived on time and they handled the job with speed and assuredness. They quickly took out the old units with a lot of care to my property, then they fully installed the new ones for me. They made all the connections and tested it, so I didn't have to worry. I can't say enough about how well they treated me - they were all true pros every step of the way. AHM handled each detail, and I ALWAYS knew what to expect and what it would cost in time and money. Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. We corresponded and I was giving all the information up front. Everybody was very nice and friendly who I talked to and the customer service was good. Now there was a deposit that was sent, which I was sent a form to submit the payment so it was a easy peasy process. I was told by Xavier that the price may not be the same but he said he would get it right back to me with unadjusted quote and he did. And it wasn't super out of pocket either, it was still similar so those were desirable things to hear. After the move was done I was given a form to fill out and pay the rest of the payment, also super easy! They made the transition very simple. During the move I was kept in communication constantly. About what time the truck would arrive. Xavier got in and reviewed the area, then went down and they got to work. They already brought all of their own equipment as far as padding and wrapping so I thought that was awesome. That was really helpful because it was needed because I didn't have the time to do it myself. They did all of the wrapping and even help me break down my desk and then put it back up. Took about 4 or 5 hours all together, but overall I will satisfy with the results. I am pleased at deciding to go with this company.
