Faith Moving & Delivery was so helpful. I called on short notice--and early in the morning to boot--and still, they fit me into their scheulde right away, giving me a flat price to move 1 large item about 20 miles. No hidden extra charges or fees. They were very considerate to let me know that they were running behind schedule due to traffic on that particular morning, and when they did arrive, they were courteous and gentlemanly and even when I realized I had an additional item, they moved it as well at no extra cost, complete with plastic wrap, blankets, etc for the move. Once we arrived at the delivery location, they place the item exactly where I wanted it. I will definitely use Faith Moving again, and I definitely recommend them. I should have realized this, but they do only take cash, so keep that in mind. read more

I moved from California to Georgia and needed assistance with unloading household items. The two gentlemen that were sent to assist me in moving to the 3rd floor, were EXCELLENT! They were respectful and extremely helpful. Omar provided me with a flat fee CASH ONLY transaction. If they took cards or even PayPal, I definitely would have paid more than I was originally quoted. read more

Using this company has been one of the biggest mistakes I have made to date. Omarr Jones poses as a man of GOD but is totally the opposite. He literally split my dining room chair, and kept my two glass tabletops that were left in his truck, for 15 days! His listing states that he is bonded and insured, but he has refused to even look at the damaged chair. I am having to sue for damages. read more

On short notice, we called Faith Moving and Delivery from their ad on Craigslist. Their price at the time of our call was a flat rate for unloading. It was quite a reasonable price. We had a 16ft truck to unload to a storage unit 10x10. The movers, Emil and Ahmed met us with a hand truck and dollie, at the requested time and it took 3 hrs to do the work. We were quite satisfied with their knowledge of packing the storage unit to fit all but 2 pieces, we had a high number of boxes. It looked almost impossible to fit everything, but they did it. They were diligent workers, who worked well together and with us. We tipped them well too! It was a pleasure working with our brothers in Christ. We will hire them again when we move out of the storage unit in 2-3 weeks and again with we bring the rest of our items from NC into our new home. If you need services - call them. Do NOT use this moving company. They are not careful with your belongings and make excuses whenever they cause damage. This company caused damaged at both our old home and our new home during the move. I have tried to contact the owner, Omar, on several occasions to resolve with no response. I first contact the company because I was told that they provide a quote by job vs. by hour. I have encountered issues in the past with movers going significantly over the estimated hours when paying an hourly rate. He came for a quote and by chance he had a cancelled job for that day so I thought perhaps that was a match meant to happen. I figured I could go ahead with getting the large items loved and have a follow-up for the remaining items once we completed our packing. Well now the nightmare starts, although it was a local move I still wanted my items to be properly wrapped with blankets (in fact offered my personal blankets) to prevent any damage. They damaged several things from flat out not being careful (see photos). What specifically pissed me off was when I noticed the big gash in the headboard of my bed, the mover had the audacity to make the comment that it was getting old and other places that appeared to be peeling. Who gives a crap about that, I can hide the small area he mentioned with pillows, not the huge eye sour they caused. I was initially going to let it go, but I cannot with good conscious allow someone else to experience this level unbelievable the sloppiness. I keep finding new items that have been damaged and this is not including the ones I had to get paint off with goof off that I am not including. I feel bad because the other movers were nice, but the lack of professionalism to handle this privately I have to ensure I warn others. read more

I would normally be writing a good review of this company. However, something has changed and they have become undependable. They took a load in a truck that was much too small and said they were coming back. 24 hours later....here we sit with nothing moved and no response from the owner. I'm sorry for all of the referrals I previously sent their way. This is such an unfortunate turn of events. Now, our items are outside being exposed to the environment and open to theft. The owner's last response was "let me see where my guys are"..2 hours since last promised time, and no guys...no calls...no texts...no nothing. So very disappointing! read more

Like the previous reviewer, I also called in the morning hoping they will have an opening for moving a sectional sofa about 40 miles and they were able to fit me in that same morning! They quoted me a very reasonable rate and 2 gentlemen showed up at about 10:30 am, just an hour and a half after I first called. Both men were very courteous and professional. Eventhough they took their time moving and properly packing each piece of the sectional into the truck, and then unpacked and place the everything in my living room just where I wanted, the whole move only took a little more than 2 hours including the 40 mins drive. They even help move my old sofa out into my garage. And their flat rate price is exactly as first quoted. No other charges or fees whatsoever. I would definitely use the again and I highly recommend their service to anyone. read more

Terrible experience with this company. I purchased a bedroom set from this company. The headboard that was brought did not match the set. We made agreement that he would refund me the $50 for the headboard or credit it towards my next purchase. Well he brings over half of the furniture pieces that I was supposed to purchase but wanted to charge me the full agreed upon price. Negative. I told him that wasn't what we agreed upon and even showed him the text of us going back and forth. I told him that the deal was off and not only did they leave my room a wreck, but also STOLE the headboard and frame that I had already purchased. read more

I will remove this review if Omar decides to make this situation right. We have used him for 4 previous moves that went well. We have referred him to others. This time they showed up for a move with a pickup truck pulling a small u-haul. They left a third of the items behind. Promised to get the rest today. Provided ETAs twice staring early afternoon and at 9pm we are still waiting.Our kid's stuff is on the street, in the dark. He will not return any of our calls or emails pleading with him to honor his word to complete the move. Our kids paid what was quoted and even tipped. I don't know what has happened and we will not be using or referring him any more. After reading reviews on Kudzu we see we are not the only people having huge problems with this mover. So many references to God and honesty on the website, yet leaving us in a stressful situation late at night. He will not answer emails or phone calls. Highly disappointed and feeling ripped off. read more
