DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY!! I…read morewent here because I was desperate and they only asked for 500 down. While I was trying to get approved the finance manager, Ben Ramirez was drunk on the clock and was very inappropriate the entire time. He talked about my feet and how he would love to suck on my toes because he "loves women with pretty feet". So uncomfortable until my then boyfriend arrived and then the comments finally stopped. The company rips you off and takes advantage of you if you're a WOMAN. My car broke down and they said that they would help me, they cared, etc. They took about 3 months to pick up the car to help me, and when they did they cleared the check engine light (not by fixing the problem, by resetting it), and they claimed to have done $1700 in work WITHOUT INFORMING ME OF ANYTHING. THEY NEVER CALLED ME TO TELL ME WHAT WAS WRONG, WHAT IT WOULD TAKE TO FIX IT, AND APPROVE ANYTHING BEFORE ADDING TO MY ACCOUNT. When I asked for proof of the work that they had done they could not provide any paperwork for over a month. The reason was "the mechanic was not there to get the information"...for weeks! And supposedly no one else knew what all was done. When I finally got the "paperwork" of what was done they charged me more than the amount of paperwork showed work for. The paperwork also showed that they charged me double for parts that my car didn't need. (Trying to come up with an amount to show for what they supposedly did). I took the paperwork and car to Midas to see if they had done what they claimed and no, they lied on the paperwork as well. Midas reached out to them 3 times to see what they had "done", left 3 messages, and of course no one ever returned the calls. Mel the one who runs the front of the shop selling the cars would play like he didn't know anything about the car but would insist on taking me out on a date...constantly. This place is NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. DO NOT GO BUY AN OVERPRICED CAR FROM THEM. THEY KNOWINGLY WILL RIP YOU OFF. SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY!

We received almost $7000 more selling our vehicle through Carvana. the process in whole took less than an hour. This is the easiest way to sell a vehicle, hands down!

The delivery guy was courteous and professional. All done in a matter of minutes. Carvana, company-wise, seems well run. Website design, online navigation, purchase process, loan processing, and home delivery went off without a hitch. I was skeptical of making a vehicle purchase solely online. That is a big financial commitment. Plus, being a used vehicle, I typically want to see first-hand that everything is as expected. Lastly, I enjoy grinding down car salesmen for every dollar and add-on :) That said, Carvana has the best quality (and quantity) photos I've seen, and an abundance of vehicle information. Their 3D interior/exterior photos put you in the driver's seat. So, I was not lacking for vehicle details. They called out some flaws (using that word lightly), such as driver's seat decolorization, that I do not see at all. That gives me the impression that they are very conservative with their assessments, which is good. As for price, although I was not happy about a nearly $2000 shipping charge, overall, the final bill was comparable to dealerships countrywide, and better than Kelley Blue Book (or similar). Anyhow, the shipping fee was typical for out-of-state dealerships too (assuming they were willing to ship, many do not because they can sell locally and/or do not want to deal with liability). Overall, I recommend and would buy from them again.

The recent cold has been shocking the spread of this crack, and with vehicles getting smarter and smarter these days, meaning a simple new windshield, requires camera recalibration to the glass being installed and what not. I called the Subaru dealership in Austin, since I wanted OEM parts, but since I was also going thru insurance with Geico, they said they wouldn't approve dealership prices with market rate payments associated to fixes of windshield repair. I found Pro Glass from local word of mouth, and they were so friendly, quick to get the invoice and claim thru to walk me thru the process of working with insurance and get me in the books with me explaining I wanted OEM glass installed since I imagine having the added extended warranty means I need to keep all the original pieces of my subaru if the eyesight or cameras start to fail later on. Amy and team were not only friendly, the quoted 2 hour wait since camera recalibration is included in the windshield repair, went by fast. I had access to WiFi to work out of their cozy waiting lobby area, paid my deductible and I was in and out before you knew it! All my stickers and toll tags were put back on and you'd never know this wasn't the original thing! Wizard windshield magic :) Thank you Pro Glass!!
