DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY!! I went here because I was desperate and they only asked for 500 down. While I was trying to get approved the finance manager, Ben Ramirez was drunk on the clock and was very inappropriate the entire time. He talked about my feet and how he would love to suck on my toes because he "loves women with pretty feet". So uncomfortable until my then boyfriend arrived and then the comments finally stopped. The company rips you off and takes advantage of you if you're a WOMAN. My car broke down and they said that they would help me, they cared, etc. They took about 3 months to pick up the car to help me, and when they did they cleared the check engine light (not by fixing the problem, by resetting it), and they claimed to have done $1700 in work WITHOUT INFORMING ME OF ANYTHING. THEY NEVER CALLED ME TO TELL ME WHAT WAS WRONG, WHAT IT WOULD TAKE TO FIX IT, AND APPROVE ANYTHING BEFORE ADDING TO MY ACCOUNT. When I asked for proof of the work that they had done they could not provide any paperwork for over a month. The reason was "the mechanic was not there to get the information"...for weeks! And supposedly no one else knew what all was done. When I finally got the "paperwork" of what was done they charged me more than the amount of paperwork showed work for. The paperwork also showed that they charged me double for parts that my car didn't need. (Trying to come up with an amount to show for what they supposedly did). I took the paperwork and car to Midas to see if they had done what they claimed and no, they lied on the paperwork as well. Midas reached out to them 3 times to see what they had "done", left 3 messages, and of course no one ever returned the calls. Mel the one who runs the front of the shop selling the cars would play like he didn't know anything about the car but would insist on taking me out on a date...constantly. This carlot is full of crap I went here on the 24th of October. I submitted my application picked out my vehicle on the 24th they ran my credit they approved me that day. Mind you they advertise damaged credit okay no credit okay bankruptcy piece of cake good credit let us try to match the best rate. We agreed to 1500.00 down I was originally supposed to pay full 1500.00 but rent and having 4 kids wasnt going to work. So i advised him i could pay 1000.00 and then another 500.00 on the 8th they agreed to the deferred payment. Kris agree to that so the only thing we was waiting on was the repairs for the car. I received text daily giving me updates regarding the car. Example here is a text. Vehicle is going through make ready. How soon do you need the vehicle? We put a rush in it. I hope it's today. They then try to go up$100 more on the car note thinking I would say yes no not okay so I got the car note back down to 400 a month. I was told to go up to carlot to finish proper paperwork I get there and the person that I had been working with was not there so I called him he said that he was at the Leander location and that I was approved for the vehicle and he will pick me up Saturday morning in my vehicle I advised him that I had to work I told him what time I got off he said he will be here. Around 12 on Saturday I received this text message stating bad news you was not approved Mrs. John's, Bad news. I was just advised that you would be receiving notice on why they couldn't get you financed. They are sending it out on Monday. I understand things happen but why give me the run-around for 4 days and it all boils down to he wanted me to to select a vehicle that he wanted me in not one that I wanted. Thank God I caught on so that Friday night I went searching and found the same vehicle fully loaded 2012 GMC for 11,900 way cheaper than the 2008 GMC for 13,995. Im not upset because i didnt get approved they advertise has we work with damage credit , no credit bankruptcy piece of cake good credit let us match the best rate. They are full of dog crap dont let these people give you the run around i have 4 kids and i could have been in a car way sooner. read more

I went in to purchase a car about 2 months ago or so and was very surprised at how well I was treated. Told them of my situation and Ben was able to get me into an SUV like I wanted in my budget and that was very close to Kelly blue books pricking. Since financing the car, I have had no problems with it and making payments is super easy. Anytime I call I get fast service and nice people who answer all the questions I have. Buyer beware! All the money that you spend, and the irritation that will definitely ensue dealing with the inept employees at this "dealership" are NOT worth it. The vehicle will be thousands over the Blue Book price. The mechanic that they work with does not fix anything, just exacerbates the problem, or makes it worse. Oh, and if they tell you that this will help rebuild your credit, they're lying to your face. THEY DO NOT REPORT ANY OF THE PAYMENTS THAT YOU MAKE TO ANY CREDIT BUREAU. So you're going to spend thousands of dollars more than the car is worth, and have nothing on your credit to show for being timely. Oh, and if you decide to buy from them, they will apply your payment to the wrong account. The stupid location devise they have attached to your car to kill it if you miss a payment, it will beep every single month, because they won't give your credit for any payment that you've made, which requires a call in for them to stop, if there's somebody in the office available to answer the phone, or knows how to do it. read more

Beware.. I went to inquire about one of their cars a 2007 grand marquis with 100k. The site had no prices and I see why. They had the car priced 9000 over the Kelly blue value.. I get that it's your car you can sell it for whatever you would like.. but 9000 over blue book? So if your looking for a nice used vehicle look elsewhere! read more

When I was desperate for a car they helped me when no one else could or would. I got a great used car that's had NO ISSUES. I wish I could say the same.
