She was incredibly rude, She went back to the kitchen and asked them to put mustard on it a long while later I received the sandwich in a hot tinfoil wrap. I asked her why the sandwich was hot and she told me that all sandwiches in the shop are toasted unless I asked for it not to be toasted. For context my friend got an Italian and it was correct and NOT toasted.... And again, she was incredibly rude. She eventually offered to redo the sandwich which I was hesitant to agree to, but I did. Another long while later she came back out, basically threw the sandwich at me -still in the tinfoil -when I open the sandwich, I found a Canadian bacon egg sandwich on a hamburger roll with mustard! The bun was wet. I'm not sure what the hell is going on at this place but she and the other person working there were incredibly rude, short and to be honest, completely obnoxious about our whole experience I ended up walking out, told them the sandwiches wrong again and they had no response.
