Stopped by on my way to work and was instantly greeted upon arrival. The gal who helped me was prompt and super fast which I appreciated. I asked for a surprise redbull, just nothing too sweet as I feel like everyone sugars drinks up with lots of syrup so I made sure to mention that I wanted less syrup then they would typically put in the drink so it's not over poweringly sweet. My drink is absolutely delicious and it's not sweet at all thankfully. I also got an everything bagel with cream cheese for breakfast; they are unable to heat it up but I wasn't upset because I didn't want to eat it right now. However this coffee stands employees on Sunday morning were so obviously over being there that my experience actually made my day worse. I was a bother and inconvenience. My daughter (20yo) is a barista and we have conversations about the customer service aspect of her job and how getting a coffee from a friendly barista can really make your day. I really like Bigfoot. Their new monthly specials are usually pretty good too. My biggest complaint is that there is literally NOWHERE to find out what is actually *in* those monthly specials- not social media or their website and sometimes the baristas aren't sure, which is super frustrating. The people are always very nice, and yeah sometimes it's slow as hell- coffee hut in the PNW man, sometimes you gotta wait ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. I have converted and my life is now Big Foot Java! I first tried this place out bc I was in desperate need of coffee and Starbucks was not close enough for me (time constraint). My first orders were simple lattes, but after a coworker recommended me getting an iced white chocolate americanno, my life has never been the same again. The girls at this particular BFJ are super friendly and have been patient with me when I'm deciding what to order (if it's different than my usual). Been working here for a few months now and I never used to drink bigfoot but now everywhere else is honestly nasty compared! Bigfoot is the best by far and I love the regulars I get. Now this isn't my favorite place of coffee but it works. The staff is fairly nice and they seem to remember you when you continually come back. I normally come here during the spring and summer when it's warmer out, due to the fact I like their iced drinks better than their warm coffee. The reason for the lower rating is that sometimes service is slow, they seem to not have a lot of people working a lot. I think they are in the process of hiring, or just hired someone. Also during this last summer when I came, the place was invested with bees due to all the sugar. It made it seem like the place was really dirty and the bees where there because of that. As someone who is afraid of bees I didn't want to open my window, in case a bee flew in during my order. The way the drive thru is set up is also a little annoying. You can't really get more than a couple cars in each line until you're on the street or blocking a car trying to leave. Overall, I think this place is nice. Just not my favorite establishment. read more

Been coming here for years as the stand is on the way to the freeway. Other reviews have been accurate as the experience is vastly different when encountered on the early morning shift or the weekend. You can tell the talent will have the 6am to 10am shift as their efficiency and customer service is memorable. Vivian has been in place for years and is open to advice and experimentation in drinks. Always friendly and good coffee (I personally recommend either the Captain Crunch or the White Zombie). Be warned if you arrive on the weekend, your wait time will be 15-30 minutes. Different strategies can be enacted to minimalize wait time but as this is a review, I will defer to their local management. Finally, make sure that you sign up for their free rewards card. Gives random prizes, a free drink on your birthday, and a free coffee once 11 are purchased. Love Bigfoot! read more

Big Foot Java is my favorite coffee place of all time! I pretty much always order an iced 24oz white chocolate white coffee Americano with cream. Today was the first time I stopped at this stand and it was only because I had to drive through the town from a road trip. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star rating is because there was no line, 2 girls working, one of them asked me what I wanted and then turned away from me when I was ordering which is just bad customer service, and then she made the drink wrong probably because she turned away and didn't hear everything. That just annoyed me. Otherwise this is an awesome place to stop. They have pastries as well, and some bagels but no toaster so that's something they can improve on... I LOVE Bigfoot Java. My boyfriend at the time lived around this area so If I didn't get a coffee by my house (176th) then I would come here. This place is the worst. Staff is extremely unfriendly. Would be rude because you pulled up to the line and made their boyfriend that was sitting in his truck keeping her company move. Drinks are never consistent. Most of the time the drinks would be so bad I would tell them and have it made again. But 9 times out of 10 the re make coffee would also be bad so I would have to drive to 176th and have them make me a decent coffee. read more
