The wife/husband duo are very friendly and gave great recs around Big Fork as well. We ordered the fried picked and the has brown dog. We chose for the fried picked to have the pancake batter and it's served the ranch dressing. The pickle was very juicy and crisp. The pancake batter was crispy no the outside and had a softness when reaching the pickle layer. The layers didn't stick that well together and probably because of the pickle inself. Our favorite was the hashbrown dog. The outside was so crispy and the hotdog inside was extra juicy -- it was a perfect ratio of hotdog to breading and we ate it with classic ketchup/mustard. There's an app you can download to see where Corndog house is and all the other food trucks are in the area which is cool! We were really happy to stumble upon this spot!

Located on the apron of the Napa Auto supply store and immediately across from the city hall, it is an unpretentious restaurant. We spoke with the owner who, when asked why food trucks always serve the best food, he explained that regular restaurants are frustrating places that discourage creativity. Clearly, his creativity is fully blooming in his little food truck. The menu has four crispy battered chicken sandwich options. He uses a type of coleslaw made of cucumber and cabbage with pickled red onions. It's the crispiest batter and and juicy breast meat. After the first bite, you already know this huge brioche bun sandwich is an epic experience. No wonder everyone who rated the place unanimously voted it 5 stars! The crinkly fries are salted and peppered and also crunch delightfully. They come not with ketchup but a small rub of a mayonnaise type dip. It's also a terrific culinary experience!
