The restaurant itself reminds me of Good Burger. It's throwback design was cute and clean. I got a chick filet combo (chicken sandwich) and my partner got a double combo (2 burgers). Both were very good. The quality of the meat was surprisingly good for a fast food establishment. The cool part about Bigg Burger is that you add whatever toppings you like on your sandwich. The taste of burgers and fries are similar to Five Guys (and even their style of catering). I don't know how to put this, but yeah similar to Five Guys. I am definitely not advertising Five Guys, and don't want to mention it anymore. Try it out though, I feel like less greasy than the food chain I mentioned above. Placed two orders on the way home from the store. We get home and a 2 patty burger was given to me as only one. When I return to ask for a refund the first question she ask after finding out i'd paid for two burger and got one was 'were all the toppings correct"!?!?! Really?!?? Your worried about toppings...I'm more worried about the extras I've paid for. I ordered the #2. the Double, with Pickles, onions, and mustard, Fries and a drink. The Burger was flat and floppy. There was on ring on onion , 3 small slices of pickle, and a smear of mustard. The fries were soggy. With all the burger joints in the area. I won't be back. read more

The french fries are really good. Well, good if you like your fries greasy, which I do. I visit this place often for the fries. I am not really a burger person, but I have ordered the breakfast egg croissant and the grilled cheese sandwich, and I was very happy with both. You get to select your sauces and your toppings. As many as you'd like (except for bacon and cheese, which are extra). They also have a fish sandwich and a chicken sandwich that I haven't tried yet. They serve shakes, which I have tried. They have chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and a different flavor of the month each month. I was pleased with the shakes. read more

Burger and fries are good. Chicken sandwich is good, but very greasy. The drive thru service usually takes a long time even if you are the only customer. I assume this is because they make everything fresh. Good, but I prefer Five Guys. read more

Both burgers ordered were made wrong! They remade one of them, gave a sauce on the side for the other. The burgers were just "ok" and the chili was not very good. Bigg Burger is a pretty nice burger place for fast food. It is definitely a step up from McDonalds and I'd place it along the same rank as Five Guys. The burgers and fries are made to order so it may take a couple minutes but it will always be fresh. They have a nice outdoor patio that I love eating at in the summer. read more

Had their chicken filet sandwich with, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos and bistro sauce. Very good and very juicy. Not dry and totally relying on the sauce for juicieness like at some places. Fresh jalapenos too but not too hot. I'd get that sandwich again in a second. Fries were excellent as well. read more

With great anticipation for the grand opening i waited in line quite some time to find that I should have had a one dollar McDouble. I truely hoped it would be as good and at least as big as Five Guys. Wrong. If they dont bring their A-Game to the grill soon we will be seeing another for sale sign on farmington road. Worst burger...EVER! Worst fries....EVER! Their middle name should be "Disappointment" as in Bigg Disappointment Burger. They emphasize freshness but the Bigg bunn was so old it crumbled in my hands. I had extra items on my burger that I didn't order. After the bunn fell apart, I picked up the so called patty with my fingers. I kid you not, it was about a 1/16 inch thick. The fries were mushy and dipping in oil. My wife and I have been anxiously awaiting the opening of Bigg (DISAPPOINTMENT) Burger and it was a disaster. You want a great burger? Go to Five Guys, Middlebelt and Plymouth in Livonia. You won't be disappointed like we were at Bigg Burger. This was our first and last visit. read more

We always liked this place BUT today was different. The fries were very salty and dried out. I never noticed that they salted them before this visit. The man says they always salt them. Anyways very sad to hear they salt their fries like some fast food places. We probably won't go back because who knows what has salt. read more

We dined in, I had the single combo. The burger and fries were good. I had unsweetened iced tea and it tasted fresh. There are bottles of malt vinegar on the condiments table for your fries, I don't see that in many restaurants. Service was good. The place was clean and neat. read more

Overall, Bibb Burger was a good eating experience. The burger itself was alright. Ingredients all tasted fresh, and there are a ton of toppings to choose from. My only complaints are that the burger was incredible messy to eat (even though I did not choose messy toppings) and the herb seasoned mayo tasted processed/overly peppery. The fries, though were delicious. I think that 5 Guys and Smashburger have much better tasting burgers, but this is definitely a cut above fast food chains. My burger was delicious, hot and exactly the way I wanted it. I loved their fresh french fries, fresh cut, not frozen. I really have no complaints. They do make everything fresh and not frozen so, if you are looking for your burger to be ready in 2 minutes, this is not where you should go. It takes about 10 minutes for your order to be ready, but it is worth the wait to get fresh tasting food. The restaurant atmosphere is very cozy and fun. Great decor. I recently visited the drive through after anxiously awaiting for the "grand opening." 1. No small chili fries (I'm a senior). 2. I was second in line at about 8 p.m and waited at least five minutes for my single, dry, 1/16th of an inch patty on a cold, biggggggggggg spongy bun. 3. The fries were soggy and half were little ends. 4. While waiting, one girl inside was busy picking off her nail polish and chewing gum. Another was slurping on pop. 5. When the girl at the window handed me my change, some fell on the pavement. She did offer to give me the coins dropped, after I opened my door and retrieved it. One bonus, I got five nice bigg napkins. I also thought it was overpriced. Bates, here I come. I pulled into bigg burger at 8pm, saturday night, December 2. Order at the drige thru right away. I was 4th in line. The first car took another 8 minutes to get their order, and I was still 3 cars away. I backed up to the mic and asked if everything was still going to be fresh and hot. "Yes, yes, no problem." They flung everyones order out of the window after the initial hold-up was cleared. I, literally, live across the street. Get home and take a bite of the burger, and it's cold and greasy. I had my first bite within 3 minutes of leaving, and it was cold. I purposely asked if everything was going to be fresh and hot on purpose. Because this scenario is replayed every time that I go there and wait for more than a minute or two. How fresh are the burgers if they are made instantly after you order? How long are the fries sitting under a heat lamp? I asked for extra napkins, she said "sure". There were 2 napkins. This happens just about every time that i go there. You're paying top dollar for a burger and getting McDonald's quality. Crap. Just crap! read more
