The drink menu would be a perfect example of this if the prices were listed. A bonus would be if you had the menus & prices on your website as well so it's easy to find! I work in Coldwater and we order from you quite a bit and one thing we've all mentioned is wishing we could see a full menu so we know beforehand how much our orders are gonna cost and I know some of my coworkers have wanted to order food and didn't because they didn't see any prices listed. On a positive note, I absolutely love: -the hand written messages on every single cup. -the miniature Jesus keychains you sell. (My coworker talks about the ones she got from you quite often.) -how clean the entire shop is. -the sign above your bathroom sink. -you put a photo on your website that shows exactly what a drink is made up of, so people can actually see what the difference is between a latte and a cappuccino, etc.
