We stopped by to get a quick drink after eating lunch nearby, getting the following: Signature Milk Tea, Half Sweet w/ Boba - Good black tea taste, good sweetness level at 50%. The boba was not good. I think they use the same supplier as Quickly (which has a very recognizable texture), but the boba is not cooked as consistently. Some pieces were small and hard, others were lumpy, soft on the outside, hard on the inside, and yet others had a uniform chewiness. The drink I believe was $6.36 after tax, which is about average. It's the only boba place in the area, so I guess it's worth a visit if you're craving boba and just can't drive another 15 minutes to downtown Ann Arbor for better boba.

Love this place. Big fan of the smoothies during lunch time. Filling & light. They also have the best photo op spots!!!

Awesome atmosphere and nice chalkboard space. Lots of seating and fun ways to relax or get work done!

Can't wait to stop by again, but would recommend checking out the smoothies here at Boba Teahouse. Everyone is super friendly and the greenery throughout the store makes it a great place to relax or get work done! Shout out to an awesome family owned business in the Ann Arbor area! Ordered a passion fruit smoothie after trying out the normal tea and yogurts, found it to be my go-to even in the middle of winter!

We had a light lunch at Carlyle next door, when I spotted the Boba Tea House sign and decided to pop in for dessert. It was a clean, bright little café with inviting seating area, and friendly staff. I took a minute to check out the menu and was quickly overwhelmed. Of course I turned to Yelp reviews for suggestions and was not disappointed. I ordered a strawberry milk tea with black bobas - next time, I will ask for no sugar. Even the 30% had me gagging with sweetness. I went home and added oatmilk to my drink to cut the sweetness. The flavor was great though. If I ever want to know what diabetic shock tastes like, I'll get the 100% sugar. Yikes. I have a feeling that the drinks are sufficiently sweet without any added sugar. I am looking forward to subsequent visits to try their many more flavor combinations, jellies, bobas and add-ons. This place is like your favorite froyo store but for boba teas. Love it.

I have been on a big Boba kick this year and my biggest complaint is that a lot of the Boba places don't have parking lots. I was pleasantly surprised to find this gem on Jackson Road with PLENTY of parking. It's a cozy little spot inside with cute decor. The tea is strong (which I love). It was super easy to order. The employee was extremely friendly and talks me through the menu. It was clean. This will definitely be a Go-To place for me because it's easy to access, with fast service and delicious tea

    Beautiful lobby

INCREDIBLE. I have tried so many bubble tea places and this is my new favorite. The ambiance is perfect - super chill work or school spot with hip music and comfortable seating. Lots of good photo ops. There were even hand drawn manga panels on some cups (so cool!!). The bubble tea selection was great, especially for dietary restrictions and they tasted great. 10/10 bubble tea place!

We had a Yelp event at their Dearborn location. I really wanted the iced Adeni chai that a few reviews have talked about, but they were unfortunately out. So, I got the hot Adeni chai with no sweetener. It does take a little longer as they brew it fresh. You can watch them heat and steep from the induction stove right there which is pretty cool. I was surprised by how spacious it was. There were ample tables (that I appreciated they were wiping down on a regular basis) as well as WiFi. If I need to change up scenery, I'll have to stop by here. Also they had a whole refrigerated case of goodies. I'll have to come back and get something - that Pistachio dream cheesecake was calling to me!

We went when there was a student discount (buy one get one free) so that was great, but to be honest, I probably wouldn't go if one of my drinks weren't free- the prices are crazy! But, I guess I can't complain given my normal Starbucks order is around the same cost. Drinks were tasty but the refresher was kind of bland. Again, if we're comparing to Starbucks, I probably would still choose my regular refresher there over this one. Environment was quiet, clean, and easy to study, however it was SO hot! I'm wondering if the heat was on. Not sure why that would be the case since it was the middle of September. Overall, I was a little disappointed with my experience. It did not stand out to me and was overwhelming because of the heat.

What sets it apart for me is the variety of savory baked goods, which are often hard to find. Everything I've tried has been delicious, but the breakfast galette is hands-down my favorite. Additional plug for my favorite latte in Ann Arbor: Strider's vanilla ube which is served here :) The service is always fantastic -- warm, friendly, and impressively quick, even when they're busy. We've also had the chance to enjoy their weekend brunch, and it was just as wonderful. You can tell there's real care put into both the food and the overall experience. Highly recommend! One thing to note: the seating is very limited inside, but there are picnic tables with umbrellas outside or lots of neighborhoods to walk in on either side of the intersection.

I get their sandwiches are great and can sell out by 10:30-11, they're that good. After a while one would think they would be able to plan for the increased demand. Also, I came this morning at 7:40am, website says sandwiches available at 8:30am. So the store is open from 7:30-2, and they only have about a two hour window to get these breakfast sandwiches? The other annoying aspect is they rotate their baked items frequently so the items I really like such as the Ube coconut bun and other items are not always offered. You have to check their website a day before or on the day you want to go to plan what items are available. That being said if you have flexibility in your morning work schedule, still one of the better bakeries to go to. It's one of the few places I would like to go to more often, but often skip due to the strict hours of the breakfast sandwiches available and not always having the items I really like.

Nate and I frequent them while we're in A2 and recently visited this location for the first time. It's located in a strip mall and is connected to the Westgate branch of Ann Arbor District Library. The employee taking our order was super patient and friendly! I got a large oat milk latte and a croissant breakfast sandwich, and Nate got an Earl Grey tea with a pretzel bun breakfast sandwich. Our food and drinks came out in a timely manner and they asked our name for the order (bonus for this, #iykyk). The shop is interesting because the library doesn't actually open until 10 am, but there is seating available for the coffee shop and people were walking around/browsing the library for at least an hour before they opened. I've never seen such a set up but it seems to work for them! I really liked the latte - it was smooth and creamy, and the sandwich was flaky and savory. They have a great rewards program and overall I really like this chain. Parking is quite easy compared to some of the other Sweetwaters locations, which is nice!
