The food is good. The drinks are good. The atmosphere is good. The service is horrendous. Slowest service I've ever encountered. Maybe it's because there's not a single person working there over the age of 21, I can't be sure. But yikes...a coffee shop near a college campus, a hospital, and all of downtown shouldn't take 15 for a single order. read more

Literally a coffee from a shell gas station would've been better. Don't know why it takes 10 minutes to get two drinks out when we're the only ones in line. The latte's tasted like burnt watered down coffee. As a fellow barista I am disgusted and will never be back and I hope I never have to taste something so awful again, the taste will stay in my mouth all morning, this is awful. Save your money. Might as well had freaking Folgers coffee instead. Update : They did offer a refund/free drink, I appreciate that but I don't think I'll be back either way. read more

Have been excited to try this new coffee spot for awhile now and finally got the chance! So glad they have a drive-thru, and they were patient with us as we looked over the unique menu. We decided on the latte of the day, which happened to be called Sugar and Spice. It was exactly what I wanted, not too sugary, and a touch of spice! We also got a sausage, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich, which was delicious as well. We will be back to try more! Their menu is very different than other coffee shops, there is so much to try. read more

I want to like this place but it's super weird. To start, it's inside the bank and the seating is next to nothing. Every word echos. The menu is huge though and staff are very accommodating which makes up for the space. I ordered a cold brew coffee and I am pretty sure I failed the assignment. I should have gone with something more spectacular but it was just ok. I sat for an hour with my friend and chatted and it got quiet as the previous customers left and the bank was winding down. I still am unsure if the left side is for coffee only and right is bank customers? It's just odd to me but I like that they are trying. The bank basically had employees standing around watching the coffee drinkers. I felt like nothing was private in my conversation: I know banks have cameras so I am sure we were recorded as well so maybe that was my hang up? Oh well. I went and tried it. The owner was particularly rude. Bad customer service is hard to accept when there are so many options in the area.

I became a card carrying member two weeks ago. When I attempted to login to their free wifi it repeatedly kicked me out. When I brought the problem to the attention of the girls behind the counter, one said she would check. I continued to have to login over and over again, and the employee who said she would check it never bothered to ask if the problem had been resolved. As a patron of the establishment, the internet connection is as important to me as the coffee. Back to Starbucks. read more

This is a horrible place, terrible customer service. We ordered 2 drinks, a bagel, and a muffin. They gave 1 drink and nothing else. I asked where are the other drinks after seeing many people after me be served. The man at the counter was very rude and said the drink was never picked up. After we got the drinks we waited 15 more minutes just for the bagel. No one ever apologized and ignored all of our complaints. Although the food is good when right, the customer interaction is always terrible. kept going after my husband had such bad experiences that he quit (a 25 minute wait for a hot tea when he was first in line and then being yelled out of the store without a tea or refund when he questioned it). Then when I questioned the contents of my sandwich after watching it being made incorrectly and was told I was wrong, I still opened it to eat it, assuming I just missed something. Nope. It was incorrect and when I came back through to ask for a correct one, their answer was "ummmmm" and then another worker said "Whatever I guess" then when handed my sandwich was told "Next time if you want it that way you need to ask for it" (it was a ham and cheese, as pictured on the menu, which is what I asked for) Then the other woman said "Whatever, you were wrong, goodbye" and slammed the window and laughed. read more

With a Starbucks just down the street, you would think this coffee shop would be tying to compete with the competition. I visited for the first time and the lobby was empty. Being empty with a nearby University seemed odd. Then I realized why when I approached the counter. The Barista just looked at me like I crazy and didn't say a word. I asked her, "do you speak "? And she finally said,"May I help you "? So poor service and average coffee this store will never be able to compete with the nearby Starbucks on Warren/Brown Street, Dayton Ohio. read more
