I got the Yemeni Latte iced and it was perfection, not too sweet. The Khaliat Alnahl (soft pull-apart butter cheese filled roll) with fresh honey on the side. The honey was the perfect touch! This pastry was addicting Lastly, the quiche-like pastry (I forget what it is called) was delicious. Super light, but full of flavor. I could've bought the whole pastry display, to be honest. Met up with a friend at this spot- great location for a coffee house! She got a late and I got a refresher- both delicious. I also got a savory egg pastry and a slice of kanafa as well. I've seen kanafa before but never tried it and it is so good! Great balance and sweet and savory. Staff were friendly too. It was a weekend so it was a little busy but not too much, on a nice day there's a small patio or walk around Drexel square, plus there's some indoor "upper deck" seating that if you're lucky to snag looked comfortable if you plan to stay awhile. We have been LOVING this new coffee shop in Drexel Town Square! The coffee/espresso tastes phenomenal and the aroma from outside welcomes you in. The employees are friendly, helpful, and patient. My husband and I have been loving their iced caramel macchiato, iced mocha, and iced pistachio latte. Mmmm. So good. DTS needed this and I hope Qahwah House continues to thrive here. I was pleasantly surprised to see a Qahwah House in Oak Creek, as I didn't realize that this was a chain of coffee shops. I have been to a Qahwah House in Michigan and have always really enjoyed it. So I was really pleased to see one here. The location Drexel Town Square is pretty convenient and hopefully it will bring in a lot of new customers to try out this great coffee spot! This Qahwah House has a more modern aesthetic than others I have been to, however, the style is in keeping with the Drexel Town Square vibe, so I think it works. The most unique part is definitely the second floor that overlooks the first floor/coffee bar. Overall, the space is fairly small and compact, but there are a good amount of tables. The space is probably best used for smaller groups, as I think you would have a hard time meeting up with a large group here. In terms of drinks, I am very fond of the Adeni Chai. It is a very milky, creamy version of a chai latte, but the flavors are very strong and you can ask them for as much or as little sugar in the drink as you prefer. I also really like the honeycomb pastry. The pastry itself has an almost savory taste to it, but the honey drizzled on top gives it a sweetness that works very well. I definitely recommend trying this! The service when I was there was great. The staff was very friendly and overall I had a great. I am looking forward to bringing other people out to visit this great coffee spot! read more

Great new coffee option in the Drexel town square! I've been eyeing this place up for months waiting for it to open so was excited to see paper down, lights on and people inside when I drove by this week. We were greeted and orders taken as soon as we were ready. Lots of interesting coffees to choose from and am intrigued by the coffee husks (next time!!) but I went with the mowafar coffee. There's plenty of seating downstairs, upstairs for a little more quiet / privacy and then outside as the weather allows. We watched our coffees being made using the Turkish coffee pots and strainer by hand. The coffees were both strong and flavorful, which balanced well with the light and lemony cake. I was surprised to find a bit of coffee or spice grounds at the bottom of my cup since we saw the strainer being used but overall it was a good cup of coffee! Qahwah is off to a great start and look forward to seeing them grow over the months ahead! read more

I love the fact that more culture is being brought into Oak Creek! Such a treat to be able to experience Yemen's coffee and treats right in our own city. For my first visit, I tried the Adeni Chai and the Khaliat Alnahl (otherwise known as honeycomb, for those that struggle to pronounce that like myself). The honeycomb was absolutely delicious and so warm! Service was fairly fast and the inside of the building has plentiful seating and a lovely black and wood color scheme, along with seating outdoors! While walking around Drexel Town Square on a recent visit to our hometown of Oak Creek, we discovered Qahwah Coffee House. What a gem! The coffee was so smooth and flavorful, I absolutely loved it. I hadn't experienced Yemini coffee before, but it is something special! We went back the next evening and learned the shop had only been open three weeks. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially if you had questions about the coffees or teas. I told my friends and relatives who live near to try it out. We will definitely be back to Qahwah House whenever we visit our hometown in the future. read more
