I stopped by Biggby because I noticed I had a free birthday drink reward on my account. Thankfully, this location is convenient for me. It's a smaller location with the option to either walk up or use the drive-thru, and I chose the drive thru. I was greeted right away, and there was no line or wait. I told the employee I had a free birthday reward and asked if there were any restrictions. She let me know I could order any drink in any size, which was a nice surprise. Although there's a menu at the drive thru, I found the app much easier to browse. I decided on the Iced Island Bear, which normally comes with 2% milk, but I substituted coconut milk instead. It's scorching hot outside, so iced is the way to go. I got medium instead of large because sometimes large is just too much. My drink was ready quickly. At first, I was a little disappointed with the presentation because it didn't look like the photo in the app. I probably should have added whipped cream, but once I took my first sip, I was completely satisfied. It was delicious, and I'm happy with my choice. I like that Biggby has a rewards program. I also receive Biggby coupons in the mail pretty often, which is another nice perk. The service was great, staff was extremely nice, lines moved quickly. I was not a fan of the coffee. I am a coffee girl and it tasted like I might have gotten the bottom of the pot. I've seen this coffee company before but never tried them so when I was invited along I thought sure...great time to branch out in my coffee world! It is a drive up only stand alone spot which is nice as it makes for ease of arrival/departure. They have a LOT of options that are named in various ways like Bear Cub drink and so forth...so I was told just either study the menu ahead of time to pick your favorite or when you go tell them just what you want (I wanted peppermint with chocolate something) and they will tel you their name for it. Easy peasy! We both got mocha type options and I love that you have alternative milks plus even alternative sandwich options (vegan sausage on a bagel type bread). Yum! It was fast and efficient and everyone was friendly. I have no idea how they remember all of their specialty lattes!! The individual who helped me decide was phenomenal. Great service. There are so many more than just the ones on the board when you drive up. I definitely recommend checking out their full online menu before ordering. And yes, they do pup cups which my two doggos greatly appreciate. Speaking of pup cups, they are the best. They put them in extra large cups that perfectly contain the mess and they even have a dog biscuit in them! I tried the Lissa's Luscious Latte since I'm a fan of raspberry white mochas. I opted for the 20oz but so appreciate knowing they have 24oz coffee drinks for those days when you need to swim in it. ‍ This location also has a walk up window if you'd prefer. This Michigan coffee favorite is starting to pop up around Indy. We have visited the location in the Southport Meijer parking out lot on several occasions. Service is always very prompt and the smiles of the baristas are always wide and sincere. One will find a menu somewhat similar to Starbucks. The prices are very close to Starbucks. However, Biggbes do other a few different drinks and flavor combos that are worth a try. I love the Butter Bear frozen latte and their fruit freezes. We came here as they opened a new location right near us on Southport road. I have been to Biggby before in Plainfield so I was excited to try something new from their menu. It is in the Meijer parking lot and it is drive thru only. The menu has smoothies, crème freezes, cold brews, lattes, hot chocolates, teas, and specialty lattes. They also have something called energy blast which lists types of mock tails that you can add red bull to or their own plant based energy and immunity source. They also have a variety of bagel sandwiches, muffins, yogurt parfait, donut holes, cookie, and banana. The line was pretty long for a Monday evening and we waited for about 30 minutes total from pulling up to getting our drinks. Longer than expected for a coffee place. Since they are brand new, I'm sure they will get it flowing faster in a month or so. There were several workers inside and they were friendly. They gave us coupons for our next visit and I actually had a rewards card from the other location that they swiped for me. I ordered a Salted Carmel Iced Coffee with sweet cream foam. I wanted the cold brew but they were out so we just subbed the iced coffee instead. This drink was pretty good and I liked the overall flavor. I had a sip before I mixed it real well and it was a tad bitter. My mom ordered a strawberry shortcake smoothie which I tried and it was really good! I look forward to coming here now and then as it is right in my neighborhood and convenient as a drive thru only. Hopefully they get the line moving faster as they get use to being open! I have been anxiously awaiting the opening of this location for a few months. I think they were originally supposed to open in December but got held held up with some of the utility lines. Since it opened last week, there have consistently been pretty long lines and lots of people stopping in. I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon around 11am and the line was fairly long. It took around 45 minutes for me to get through the line. Once I got up to order, I realized the staff were taking time to answer questions about the menu and make recommendations. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of my favorite flavors is cinnamon so of course I chose an iced Honey Cinnamon vanilla latte and a coffee cake muffin. The latte was delicious and full of cinnamon. The muffin was huge. There are a ton of delicious-sounding drinks on the menu and you can order each latte hot, iced, or frozen. I'm looking forward to returning soon and trying something new from the menu like a smoothie. read more

Well, this is a sad day for me to write this review. This store used to be so awesome! Always accommodating, making sure customers were taken care of, etc. Then they somehow managed to get personal with me and then things changed at this business. The ambiance is interesting, considering the young girls play rap music that screams the N word and other profanities. The food used to be on point, but now they sabotage my food and drinks on purpose. The last 2 drinks I received had a moldy flavor to them and were yellow (the drink I get is white) and they refused to remake the drink. They say they are just training more and enforcing policy, but this couldn't be a more targeted issue in my life. I spent 10+ dollars here every day, in fact, they are expanding due to their successes here at this store. I wish them luck as they continue their business without me. I will make sure the world knows what kind of people are employed here that continue to play practical jokes on people they don't deem worthy of their presence. They almost act like they're too good to serve me, after months of an entirely different situation. I'm confused -- but all great things come to an end. Mike is a great guy, but he's just hiring idiot people. Their best manager got bullied out of her position by the 2 girls who are not sabotaging their top customer. I was craving a bagel and on my way to Panera when I saw the outdoor menu on the side of Biggby featured a bagel. The location was new So I thought it was a great opportunity to give Biggby a shot. I almost choked when the total for a small tea latte and the turkey havarti "bragel was $11.53. When I got home and dug in, I was actually pleasantly surprised. The bagel was soft and doughy (major plus), and wrapped in foil to keep warm. I got the everything bagel and it had all the right flavors. The tea latte was WHAT A TEA LATTE IS SUPPOSED TO TASTE LIKE. Hallelujah. Goodbye Starbucks wanna be lattes, hello replacement! The one Biggby near me closed years ago. We were in this neighborhood so we decided to grab a coffee after lunch. It seems to me that this is less of a coffee spot for serious coffee aficionados and more of a novelty coffee place with lots of fancy sweet drinks on their menu. True that I could've just gotten my usual oat milk latte but I just looked at the list of specialty drinks and saw a honey vanilla latte which I ordered with oat milk and sugar free vanilla. It was way to sweet and lukewarm. My husband didn't care for his espresso either. The good news is that we had a coupon for free drink with the purchase of another. I was curious to see what they had that was different from the usual chain coffee shops as well as the local coffee shops. I love a good latte and have the science down to making my own at home but sometimes I am too far from home and want a latte. There was no cars in front of me when I pulled up after leaving Meijer so I figured today was a good day to try Biggby Coffee. Since I was not familiar with Biggby Coffee, it took me a minute to figure out what I wanted to try since the names do not immediately tell you what all of the ingredients are in their drinks. I opted for the Butter Bear latte with oatmilk. This would be the first time I tried caramel and butterscotch together in a latte and they paired with the oatmilk well. Hello. I have a complaint about your location at 5255 E Southport Rd Indianapolis, IN 46237 United States. Me and my husband have been eating at this location for a long time now and the customer service left the window after our multiple visits throughout the week. Today around 3pm me and my husband ordered crème freeze's and three tuxedo muffins for our kids. I ordered the "Banana Bread" crème freeze and my husband ordered the "Coconut" crème freeze. His drink was pink?! I've never seen a "Pink" coconut smoothie. Not only that, our smoothies were watery. While drinking our smoothies and eating our muffins, I experienced slight abdominal pain and a bitter aftertaste from my smoothie and muffin. I asked for them to heat it up, but I believe that was a bad mistake. I didn't even get to finish my third muffin or finish my smoothie because I felt ill. I started loving Biggby because Starbucks F'ed me up in the past and wanted to try something new for a change. Every time I come to this location the vibes just seem off. What I mean by that is that whenever we pull up and they see our faces, it like "oh, these ppl again". The employees used to smile and sometimes smile at my kids, but now it's nothing. Like we are a bothersome because we choose to eat at a coffee place that was decent and we enjoyed as a family. Also when we order our food, it seems like the employees can't hear us. My husband always orders for me and the kids and when he talks the always say "What", or "Can you say that again". But every other car, they can hear with no problem. I'm starting to think this is done to us on purpose at this point. There were some days we'd order one thing but get a totally different drink. That's unacceptable. Tonight when we got home, which was around 1am in the morning from doing doordash and instacart, my husband had diarrhea and was bleaching. He said it tasted like banana still after all those hours. Disgusting and just fed up with the customer service we've been given. I've always been nice and polite to the workers because I know what's it like to be in fast food industry as I currently work in the field. I don't know what me and my family did to be treated this way by Biggby, but I don't think I'll be back for a while. Biggbuy coffee is a tiny drive through coffee shop right outside the parking lot of Meijer in Southport. They have variety of drinks including smoothie, selection of coffee and tea based beverages. Quick service and staff is friendly. I ordered 16 OZ cappuccino and latte with double espresso shots and 2 chocolate chip cookies. Coffee turned out to be OK and I prefer strong coffee so I ordered extra shots of espresso but turns out that the double espresso was not strong enough for me. Overall coffee turned out good. I asked for chocolate chip cookies to be warmed up which the batista told me that's not possible because the cookies comes wrapped in plastic and they can't warm it, one of the cookie was not thawed enough and was cold I would recommend that they should have a provision of warming the cookies as in the cold winter time I don't want to eat a cold cookie.
