This business is owned by a guy named Dean Rockwell. He was referred to me as a guy who won…read moretrophies at the yearly Autorama at Cal Expo for custom care designs. What I found out was that he may own trophies for custom car designs, but he does not know much about C2 1960's Corvettes. I took a 67 tri powered 427 Corvette to him because the power steering unit was out of sinc, and it would not hold an idle when the vehicle was warm. What he did was charge me thousands of dollars for a supposed broken steering column, put in a new clutch when it went out under his care, and was never able to solve the problem of why the vehicle could not hold an idle when the engine was warmed up. The only thing he did right was repair the power steering problem. In other wards he spent a lot of hours on cherry picking, and gravy time work on my vehicle. He returned the vehicle to me with the gas smelling foul, and the idling problem not solved. He claimed the strong gas odor was from the car needing 100 octane fuel, and only using 91 octane. He also fixed a front carburetor problem. I took my car to another shop, and they had to rebuild all three carburetors including the one carburetor he supposedly fixed and solved a vacuum leak problem. The car now idles steadily at 800 RPM when warm. The gas tank was drained off of all old fuel and runs well on 91 octane fuel. He kept my car for about 4 months, during which time he returned it to me at least twice not repaired correctly. The last time I saw this guy he complained about having an 0 bank account. I found it really hard to feel sorry for him. So much, for expert mechanics. Larry C.

Every Thursday after I get off work on K Street, everyone makes us feel genuinely welcome. Elijah, Georgio, Ryan, and Asra are all amazing. They remember our usual orders, take the time to have real conversations with us, and always make us feel like valued regulars instead of just another table. I also want to give a special shoutout to the gentleman working security on Thursday nights. Every single time I come in, he greets me with a smile and says "welcome back." He always checks our bags, and as someone who works downtown and sees firsthand some of the things happening around Sacramento, I genuinely appreciate that they take safety seriously. It makes me feel comfortable coming in after work. Thank you to everyone for making Coin-Op feel like more than just a bar. The staff truly make the experience. Plus the games are always a plus. We love playing Mario cart, skee ball, and air hockey

Perfect for geeks, nerds, dorks, memers, hot girls with secrets, gnomes, wimpy kids with diaries, drunk aunts and queen bees. No matter who or what you are, you'll probably find a way to have a great time at Coin-Op. I literally tell everyone to come here. Because everyone should go here. Except not all at once on the nights I wanna go because I don't want it to be too crowded :)

We made it to the race just on time, but due to one start time for 5k and 10k, it took awhile to cross the start line. The course was relatively flat. It ran along the Sacramento River and ended at Raley Field. The only complaint I have is having to go up the stairs after the finish line. The race was a good way to start the day.

I shouldn't just day 10K but anybody serious about their running. This is not a race for us. Most of all I am disappointed that no dogs were allowed to finish. They couldn't stop from the race (public streets) but the finish line they did. Why I have no clue. The field was blocked. Dirt just dirt. Really to all the dog lovers ban the Rivercats. They are not dog friendly. My dog is my inspiration and they denied her. She's very well trained and was more respectful then most of the people that were there. I won't do this race again. Not just because of my dog it's dangerous to serious runners. To those who do enjoy yourselves and be safe'

Whilst driving one of my motor vehicles (I possess many), I heard the song that goes "this is not a…read moredrive by y y y yy" (later I learned this was by the artist whose presumably legal name is Train), thus inspiring me to finally act upon my lifelong burning desire for a moped. According to my mother, my first word was moped, but since she was born deaf, I take the validity of this with a grain of rice. I entered your establishment on what I do believe to have been... A Thursday. It had recently rained and therefore the skies did that glowing thing they do when the rain is on hold. Ceramics, man, do you know what I mean? It's not the acoustics of it all, but rather, it's the ceramics. Dynamics and calisthenics performed with prosthetic lymphatic Adriatic mechanics. Hear my words and listen to me growl, for I am impersonating a feral lemur. All the same, as I said, I did in fact enter a moped sales shop before all this with the intent of purchasing a moped. The salesman, whose name I inferred to be Jim based on local clues (voicemail, engraved lunch box, shape of nose, love of Billy Joel), was helpful and advised me not to blow too much money on a vehicle I had never before operated. I patted his shoulder and said, "Thanks, my man, but if you'll excuse me, I think I know how to derive an equation given a set of factors, if you catch my drift. I've worked with rodents for many years, and at 35 years of age and with a master's degree and an interim teaching position at Yuba College, I think I can manage to decide for myself whether or not to squander $7000 on a moped solely because I want one and it's a nice color." I purchased the moped and drove away in it, calling a tow truck to take my vehicle back home. I mistakenly believed the moped could handle being driven over severe tire damage spikes, given that it was not a car, and paid the price by entering your establishment. **Tim, you miracle worker, I thank you sincerely.** Later I went out for pancakes with a woman named Sarah. I hear that she works in a Home Depot a few miles away from your store. Perhaps you have met her. If not, perhaps you should visit Home Depot more frequently, given that you sell mechanical items and presumably need to repair them. For your viewing convenience, I ask you to look at the attached illustration and subsequently stop in the name of love. My love, of course, being my moped. I have named it Latoya. One day, Latoya Jackson will be mine. One day. I consider myself the estranged member of the Jackson family and hope that this acquiry of a moped and onset fascination with the battle of Waterloo will gradually work my way into their hearts, like a rodent tunneling underground for winter warmth.
