Russell was fantastic to work with. He made a same-day appointment to come to my garage. I asked him to check out a couple of old eBikes that had been to Burning Man--I wasn't sure if they could be repaired, or were worth repairing. He gave me a (very reasonable) quote over the phone. He showed up at the correct time, and texted me an ETA. The communication was great. He took a look at the bikes and was able to fix one. But the other he said was in bad shape, and had rare parts. He let me know it wasn't worth repairing that one, and he recommended a place I could go recycle it. I own an electric vehicle company and magazine called Balance Illustrated so I deal with a lot of different manufacturers & mechanics in the industry. Russell showed up early and let me know by text so he was more than just punctual.
