I meant to write this review last week, but my phone died, and I honestly forgot I stopped in here during a cold snap as my car was having a hard time starting fully prepared to buy a new battery. The gentleman upfront could've easily just sold me a new battery and called it a day. Instead, he offered to test it for me and when the test came back that my battery was fine, pulled it into the garage and cleaned the connections and I haven't had any issues since I will definitely be using them in the future, their professionalism and integrity Was very refreshing to deal with. read more

I stopped by to see about regarding my Jeep Gladiator, and from the moment I stepped in the door, Sean was extremely friendly, helpful, and kept me informed as to the progress. There was a slight delay in finishing the work on my Jeep as the technician's child fell I'll, but Sean communicated the delay and was able to complete the work as soon as the technician was able to return to work. Delays will happen, and the clear communication from Sean was exactly what I needed; so long as I know something is delayed, I can adjust. I had a lift and new tires installed on my Jeep in March. It's been making strange noises since but got even worse after being off road this summer. Another "store" told me I needed new steering components. I called Big Horn to get a quote and they said they wanted to see the vehicle and diagnose the issue before offering quotes. I brought it in for a "Suspension Shakedown" and they figured out exactly what needed to be fixed. They did an amazing job and now my Jeep drives like it was when it was brand new. This place is the best. I decided to take my car there for an oil change based on their location and these positive Yelp reviews. they were so accommodating with scheduling the appt. The people who work at the front desk are very nice and straightforward and I just had a good vibe from them. I brought my car back a few months later when I noticed a weird noise coming from the tire. Based on my description, they initially thought it was a wheel bearing and quoted me a price of $400 to replace that. Turns out, the tires just needed to be rotated and they were wearing unevenly. So they rotated and balanced and did some other stuff and the price of all that was $80. They could have EASILY told me they replaced the wheel bearing and charged me for the full amount that I was prepared for. But, they didn't bc they are honest and amazing people. I will forever bring my car to them and recommend them to anyone who asks! Oh, and btw, I just randomly stopped by to ask about this noise bc they are THAT approachable. And they fit me in the same day and gave me a loaner car! You don't get much better than that even at a super high end dealership (bc I have been to those too). This place is legit. For real. I love them and will continue to do all my car business with them! And they do after market work on cars and Jeeps in particular! read more

I've really tried to give Big Horn a chance but every alignment and wheel balance they've done had to be done twice. Who knows what else they've done half way. No apologies or any effort to do better. And the management change that took place recently couldn't be worse. Everyone is totally indifferent. And this idea of becoming a 4x4 specialty shop, well let's just say you'd have to know how to identify an adjustable upper control arm to be worth a darn. I needed a mechanic to look at a used car I was interested in purchasing in the area. My mechanic is more than an hour away. I called out of the blue and Rob was incredibly nice to me and said he could look at it same day. He found a major issue with it immediately and stopped there and called me before he did the remaining inspection. I took my jeep into Bighorn to fix a significant wobble in my front end. After $1200 in repairs - I experienced 2 significant death wobbles - the last at 65mph on I-25 that was the scariest event of my life. During the process Kelsey tried to sell me new tires - and Frank finally told me that some problems could just not be fixed. No resolution - no guarantee. I subsequently took my jeep to 4 Wheel Parts who diagnosed my issue as bad ball joints and fixed the issue the same day. Bighorn put my life at risk, installed things I did not need, and tried to upsell me on even more. I am happy to share my invoices and voicemail transcripts with anyone. Super Team... My sons truck was overheating. Another mechanic wanted $3300. They said to replace radiator, hoses, and seals in engine so take entire engine apart, plus a multi day repair. Bighorn diagnosed the problem as a $10 radiator cap replacement (yep you read that right). Unreal! Bighorn saved me $3290 dollars and got me on my way in a few hours. Great job Team! read more
