I just had my 2019 Lexus RX 350 serviced at Elite and I could not be happier with the service I received. They paid for my Uber ride shares in both directions; both after I dropped off my car to be worked on and when I needed to pick it up after the repairs were done (I don't live near by either). They owners are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Elite worked with my Lexus warranty company to take care of items that the Lexus dealers have constantly declined doing or missed repairs needed because they do not make enough in WARRANTY hourly labor costs to "find" the repairs that need fixing. It's shameful. I had previously brought my car into THREE different Lexus dealerships and asked them to inspect the car and use my warranty to cover the charges. Each time they said, "we can't seem to duplicate what you are bringing it in for". I sincerely appreciate the Elite team taking care of all the repairs and by working WITH my warranty company to cover as much as possible. I will say that their hourly labor rates are definitely higher than most of the auto repair shops but in the end you get what you pay for. How many hours and days I had wasted going to and from the dealer only to be sent home without the repairs. While I do love saving money, I also value saving time and I will be bringing my Lexus to Elite from now on. read more

I found Elite a few years ago after I had been taking my BMW to another shop for years. There was an electrical issue with my car and the previous place who I was very loyal to could not figure out what was wrong. I brought it to Elite and they have the system to hook it up to the BMW machine and discovered immediately what was wrong and fixed it for free. It was just a loose wire. They are very knowledgeable, very nice and I feel like they are very honest. They don't try to upsell you like Christian Brothers does. I had my car at Elite a couple of days ago for new brakes and an oil change. Drop my car off the night before. Got a email with pictures and a full inspection the next morning called and spoke with Ashley who is new there since the last time I had my car in. She was so nice! We talked about all of the items on the inspection and what needed to be done right away and what I could wait on. If their prices are a little bit higher, my response is that you get what you pay for. This team is honest and extremely knowledgeable. What a life saver! I was traveling from California and my car started making noises. I was not comfortable trying to drive back to California with the noise. This place was phenomenal, it was a minor issue which they diagnosed and fixed on the spot. I have a Mercedes - expensive car to repair, but these guys were really fair. Prices are too expensive. Every single time I needed something done with my vehicle, I would call them to get a quote and then call other places to get quotes too. Elite imports prices were damn near 30-40% higher on average and for what? No reason. The very last thing that made me draw the line and refrain from being a customer here was the last quote I got. I needed my alternator replaced. And these guys quoted me around $1200 and then I called Christian Brothers automotive and their quote was $655! Damn near half the price!! Wow! I am so happy I found this place! They have made a customer for life. I took my Lexus to the dealership and was quoted a crazy price to fix the convertible top! I called Elite and they said they could fix it! They fixed it for 1/6 of the price and they fixed other things I needed done too! Brought the car in for an oil change. Driving home I noticed a strong burning smell. Pulled into my garage and thought the car was on fire, called 911 , fire trucks arrived said it was most likely spilled oil on the engine. The smell went into the house and into my lungs requiring albuterol inhaler. why didn't they tell me that they had spilled the oil when I picked up the car. UNACCEPTABLE read more

My car had the DPF light on, they worked on it at a fraction of the price for 2 days. Then called me and said there was a recall on the DPF. They are beyond honest, thorough and customer friendly. The professionals at Elite Imports replaced; my engine air filter, oil, break fluid, break pads, and did a full inspection. They provided pictures of what they found and completed the job on time. They were even kind enough to order me an Uber home while they did the work. My car's steering feels tighter, it puts power to the ground better, and my suspension feels tighter as well. I have a 2008 xc70 cross country volvo almost no one wants to touch these cars in general. AMAZING!! If everyone knew about this place, half of the shops in the area wouldn't be around. To begin with, you call them and they don't treat you like you're wasting their time or make you feel inferior that you don't know about your car. Super friendly, down to earth, and knowledgeable. They use a software that sends everything they find to your phone in an easy to read, broken out sequence, with pictures. Then you can a la carte what you need fixed if you have that many. They were very honest and upfront on what I needed done right away within my budget and what could wait a little bit. You can accept and sign everything from your phone!
