Beware-- Worst Experience My mom was moving from Victorville to Palmdale and I needed a reliable moving company. I found Bigmann Moving Services on Yelp and requested a estimate. Noah responded immediately with a decent price. After speak with multiple moving companies, I decided to use Bigmann Moving Services. Noah scheduled the move on Saturday at 4pm. I was hesitant with the late time but my mom went ahead and booked it. On moving day, my mom received a text at 3:30 pm saying they were running late. After a couple hours, my mom reached out to them asking for an update ETA and received a response after 6pm saying they are still working on another job. After 4 hours PAST the scheduled move time, Noah rescheduled the move till the following day. On Sunday, the scheduled move time is between 4 - 5. Still late to schedule a move but my mom really wanted to give this company a chance, especially since it is black owned. However, as a professional moving company that was a no show on a scheduled move date, I would EXPECT them to show up BEFORE the expected time. This was NOT the case. My mom called and text 3 times asking for an expected time of arrival and she received NO RESPONSE. Packing up your home is stressful enough, but now hiring a moving forward and they don't show up is even more stressful and a burden. After being frustrated once again, my mom text Noah after 5pm and canceled the move. Once she said she was canceling the move, Noah called and said they were 30 mins away. Mind you, this is after 5pm, so they are still LATE. Working with this company ended up being very STRESSFUL! I understand moving companies are busy and sometimes it takes longer than expected when you have multiple clients in one day. However, a professional company will continually communicate updated ETA and or cancel if need be. After two days of stress and anxiety, we found a moving company that arrived on time and moved her belongings. We of course paid more because it was less than 24 hours notice but you get what you pay for. I paid more for a company to actually show up when scheduled. I definitely would NOT hire this company nor would I recommended them. read more

This was the first time I've ever used a moving company. My husband and I have done several moves on our own, but we just didn't want to do it this time. This particular move was stressful due to "administrative" blunders on the leasing end of things . I kept Noah updated on my moving status, and he was very understanding and flexible, which eased my stress tremendously. The crew showed up on time, and they were very friendly and professional. They had our move completed in record speed. I ran a quick errand as they were unloading. My husband texted me and told me they completed the job, and they had left. I was floored! I called and asked questions in regards to my move. Noah was extremely thorough and at tentative to all my questions. I had a few big items including a safe, 800lb smoker and some other things. He could have easily charged an arm and a leg when quoting me but he was very straight forward. I've never used movers and was nervous and didn't know what to expect. Noah and team showed up 15 min early and got to work. Within 1.5 hours they had a complete 3 bedroom house wrapped in blankets and shrink wrap. Truck was loaded and off to our new house. The have moved our entire household items and this includes packing services as well, you just pay for your own boxes or the boxes that they use. Noah is the owner and Is very helpful. Both times it was a move within the week and he was able to fit us in. Communications is great - Noah will text you a confirmation Date and Time so that everyone is on the same page and on the day of, he will also call you to give you an ETA on site. Our destination was tricky and Noah worked some magic maneuvering his truck on our sloped driveway to work quickly and efficiently. My husband and I are so grateful for Noah and Bigmann Moving Services! I bought a huge dresser that weighed over 300lbs and couldn't get it up our stairs. Unfamiliar with moving assistance I did my search on Yelp and messaged more than 20 companies but Bigmann moving services had a quick response time with a detailed estimated price. Instantly after booking their assistance I received a call from Noah confirming the date and time which made me feel comfortable that I would have the help I needed. On the day of moving Noah called me 30 mins before their arrival to ensure we both arrived on time as I was moving items from one storage to another unfortunately not all my things fit in the new unit and Bigmann Moving Services was nice enough to return all the boxes that didn't fit back to the old storage unit. Everything was stored neatly and completely organized handling my items as if it was their own property.
